  1. If neither Bradford or Clausen are there when we pick at 9..I'd be against drafting a QB in the 3rd or 4th just b/c we "need a QB"..to me, Brohm has as much potential as any QB after Bradford and Clausen in this year's draft. I'd be just fine starting the season with Fitzy/Brohm (and Edwards) battling it out while we continue to develope our Oline and new defense.
  2. with six different teams making super bowl appearances in the past 6 years, this is clearly a win-now league where a team can go from the bottom 1/3 of the league to the top 1/3. With a pro-bowl caliber QB under center, this team is an instant playoff contender imo.
  3. I'd easily give up our 2nd for McNabb. I think he has at LEAST 3 very good years left. With a QB on our roster (our most glaring weakness), I'd simply then trade down (if we can) from our 9th pick to the late teens or early 20s and get back a 2nd rd pick. I'd go with the scenario in my sig for our first few picks (except we would then only have 1 secound round pick, and i'd go with an OT). Build the DL, OL, and LB corps. 1 or 2 more key additions via FA (maybe a veteran WR who's a solid route runner to compliment Evans and a veteran LB for depth) and we'd be WEELLLL on our way.
  4. this guy's clearly not all there
  5. same here man. i'm a rutgers alum and watch all their games...Davis to me is a Guard in the NFL...he could def. be dominant..but I don't see him being a dominant LT. I love him, but not at 9.
  6. For the bills, price is def. a consideration. I guess we were arguing different things. Despite only bringing it 50% of the time, he'll still give you 10+ sacks almost guaranteed. Anyway, it's not going to happen. I just don't think he's overrated.
  7. If i can only use your players: 1. Dan Williams 2. Gresham 3. Capers 4. Schofield
  8. Eh. give me Peppers over Schobel for sure. Peppers has 3 more sacks, 9 more forced fumbles, and 3 more ints.. in 13 fewer games. That 2.5 sack season was an anomaly imo.
  9. !@#$ mobility. that's what i say.
  10. OJ Simpson in his prime was arguably the most dominant player in all of football, let alone the bills. Though i cant stand the guy now, i'd probably say OJ.
  11. id love peppers, but I agree with most posters who say there's really no chance of it happening. i could see him going to the jets b/c that is really the one piece that defense needs to be out of this world.
  12. i really wouldn't waste my time watching this for tebow.
  13. imo, hands down you take the above average QB in this league. Patrick Willis will be an all-pro for years to come, but he won't get a WHIFF of the playoffs until the 49ers get their QB situation fixed. Meanwhile, the Dolphins went from arguably the worst team in the NFL to playoff contenders OVERNIGHT with the addition of an above average QB in Chad Pennington.
  14. Wide Right....just stfu already. Warner is going in first ballot. Get the !@#$ over it and move on.
  15. Now we can go back to focusing on drafting Bradford.
  16. I would personally take Warner over Namath and possibly over Elway or Moon...but the HOF doesn't work that way.
  17. Vick and Tebow. That's lovely. Of course they have like skill sets..they're both better suited to be RBs in the NFL as opposed to QBs. Maybe Vick can mentor Tebow too..
  18. LOL. at 9? i'd vomit in my mouth. repeatedly.
  19. please STFU with Tebow.
  20. and then why not draft a Guard in the 3rd followed by a Center in the 4th? Jeeze dude.
