  1. pretty much. maybe on only 1 of those TD's could you say he actually did anything by getting the extra push to cross the goal line. Mike G wasn't breaking 40, 50, 60yd runs last night for TD's. But I guess that's the inner ex-girlfriend in me.
  2. Haha. This same Pats defense, minus Hightower, is going to NOLA next weekend. Good luck!
  3. I actually wondered if he injured himself on that TD catch; he appeared to get up either winded or lame somehow..anyway, injuries have wrecked his career.
  4. I don't disagree. I don't think anyone is saying they don't have a chance. They aren't going 4-12; 6-10; or 8-8. But that offense has major injuries. Gronk isn't 23 anymore; and that defense may literally have the least amount of talent of any BB defense in the last decade. Of course they have a chance, but this is 2017 and anything prior to now is irrelevant in the NFL.
  5. Who cares about 2, 3, 5, or 10yrs ago? How many players on that Defense were on the Pats 3 years ago? Maybe 3? How many skill players on that offense were on the pats 3 years ago? 2? maybe 3?
  6. I disagree. No one on that D looked amazing. They gave up 42 points at home to an average, to above average Chiefs offense. Good thing this is no longer 2014, correct?
  7. hahaha..yup! Also don't forget how the narrative changed to "this Chiefs team has been good, they shouldn't be overlooked, they belong, etc etc"; nobody was saying that 2hrs prior to the game. All of the experts were to busy wiping Brady's butt sweat off their face.
  8. While I don't believe the Pats are going to go 8-8. This defense is clearly very slow and lacks overall talent. The Hightower injury really hurts them too. They literally have no one on the Dline that scares you, and they may arguably have the worst LB grouping in the entire NFL. You can improve scheme execution, but you can't improve speed; and boy are they slow. That offense at some point will begin to click a little more I suppose, but injuries are going to hurt them big time. Anyone else notice Gronk was essentially a non factor? Even in his half-assed attempt to spike the ball after that TD that was called back, he looked like half the player he was 5yrs ago. Again, I'm not saying they're going 8-8 any time soon, but man oh man between injuries on O, lack of talent on D, that Pats team looks quite vulnerable RIGHT NOW (i don't care about how they came back 10yrs ago).
  9. I was personally surprised that they didn't QB sneak on one of those two short conversions. Brady's conversion rate on those is pretty damn good. Never understood why teams prefer having a RB start from 8yds back from LOS to gain half a yard when the QB is right there and can just fall forward; especially a QB as big as Brady.
  10. In the end, nobody helped the Pats last night. They were almost 10 point favorites at home and got their asses handed to them. Mike G, Branch, Gilmore, Hogan. None of them did enough to win. 95% of RB's could've scored the TD's that MikeG scored yesterday; he was a non factor overall.
  11. It may have been McCourty. Nevertheless, it looked good seeing Gilmore run like a clown.
  12. My 3rd game ball goes to Madden. Thank you Madden. May your curse never end.
  13. 1. Gilmore for allowing another blown coverage TD. Billsy. 2. Mike G for coming up short more than once. Billsy. Go Bills!!!
  14. Hahah. I agree i thought it was well done.
  15. I would like to personally thank former Bills players Gilmore and MikeG for their Billsy contributions today: blown coverage and failure to convert on 4th downs. Thank you!
  16. Eric Berry injury gonna be brutal for Chiefs. Hes the hear and soul of defense.
  17. This Pats defense is putrid.
  18. Hahaha https://mobile.twitter.com/bycycle/status/905952377433358337
  19. I wouldve gone for two. Put the game away
  20. Bc 80% of the crowd took the pats giving the points.
  21. Haha. Same here!
  22. Im convinced Solder holds in 75% of plays. Ridiculous.
