  1. Now do the pro-Palestine protests and tell us which one did more damage?
  2. Democratic donors funding domestic terrorism. Focusing on powerless college adminitrations and steering clear of any White House activities or other power centers. Well surprise, surprise. You have to ask, why do billionaires that have prospered under the current system want to fund and pay anarchists and troublemakers trying to bring it down?
  3. The driver hopefully learned from their mistake. Next time just run the mofo's over and back up in case you missed one.
  4. There was no obligation to disclose the payment to anyone at anytime. That's why the ND in NDA means non-disclosure.
  5. The problem is none of that is going to lead to a military solution favorable to Ukraine absent direct NATO intervention. And direct NATO intevention will likely lead to a tactical nuclear exchange and the end of the world. So we're stuck with a difficult choice. Continue down the escalation path or negotiate, or attempt to negotiate, security guarantees for all parties. If you want to say that's not possible because you believe the Russians will refuse to negotiate I contend that's a bad assumption. Everything is subject to negotiation. As an agreement between Ukraine snd Russia was reached over a year ago before it was scuttled by Boris Johnson's visit it shows its possible.
  6. Yes, but Russia isn't going to do that because they don't have the military or economic power and size to take on the US military and NATO. All involved parties, their officials and intelligence resources know the numbers. That theoretical belief that Russia aspires to reconstitute the former Soviet Union being championed by many in the US and the western alliance is one of many excuses used to mold support to continue to supply a war Ukraine cannot win at this point. Absent any radical increase in conscription of men into the military they don't have enough troops. Rather than a need for more weopons they need more trained troops to use them. The majority of their best and experienced fighters have been killed, wounded, captured, or are too burned out by 2 continuous years of constant combat without a break. It's time to negotiate. France has been threatening to send troops to join combat operations. I doubt that's a popular view domestically. It's a senseless escalation. What we're doing now is similar to a person sitting on an unrealized loss from making a bad investment decision. Rather than admit to a mistake they pour more money into it, averaging down. In an attempt to recover their initial cost. Rather than doing that, it would be better to cut your losses and look at other potential opportunities for putting additional money to work. Instead they mindlessly pump more money into the loser. Which never comes back. That's what we're doing in Ukraine.
  7. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd argue America has no vital interest there and therefore getting involved will result in one of many outcomes. All of which are bad. China is our biggest threat, but it looks like they've bought off all the American officials and elites necessary to get policy makers to more or less ignore them.
  8. This is comical at this point. These humps have got to be kidding. At the first sign of adversity these pansies will fold. Because it's pure virtue signaling and not genuine dedication to some cause. Their make-believe imitation and cultural appropriation, rich white kids pretending to be Palestinians, of the culture of real people living through real hardships is both disgraceful and disrespectful. They should trade in their faux middle eastern garb for tie shirts with "I need attention" written on the front in big font. If they're indeed serious I hope they starve to death quickly. Maybe ask their rich mommy and daddy to divest the investments that pay their tuition and living expenses while they're at it. Our future leaders. What a hoot. Better learn Russian and Chinese languages because they'll be taking over.
  9. That I understand. All the cases I've been pointed to up to now had clear legal violations attached to the charge of falsifying business records. Falsify business records to embezzle funds. Falsify business ecords to hide contribution channeled through other intermediaries. And so on. What specific crime did Trump commit that he's trying to conceal through the falsification of business records? Its not illegal to enter into an NDA agreement. Its not illegal to compensate the other party for signing the agreement. Its not illegal to not disclose the existence or terms of the NDA to the public, election or no election. For me, there's just too much smoke and fog to see through here.
  10. SECTION 17-152 Conspiracy to promote or prevent election - Conspiracy to promote or prevent election. Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. 52 USC 30118: Contributions or expenditures by national banks, corporations, or labor organizations. It is unlawful for any national bank, or any corporation organized by authority of any law of Congress, to make a contribution or expenditure in connection with any election to any political office, or in connection with any primary election or political convention or caucus held to select candidates for any political office, or for any corporation whatever, or any labor organization, to make a contribution or expenditure in connection with any election at which presidential and vice presidential electors or a Senator or Representative in, or a Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, Congress are to be voted for, or in connection with any primary election or political convention or caucus held to select candidates for any of the foregoing offices, or for any candidate, political committee, or other person knowingly to accept or receive any contribution prohibited by this section, or any officer or any director of any corporation or any national bank or any officer of any labor organization to consent to any contribution or expenditure by the corporation, national bank, or labor organization, as the case may be, prohibited by this section. I'm under the impression this wasn't campaign money. Trump transferred money to his personal attorney, not his campaign fund, and he made the payment to Daniels and her attorney.
  11. Years of diversity and DEI hiring on college campuses has led to the replacement of actual academic educators with bottom of the barrel, unfit outcasts and losers asigned the task of brainwashing college kids at 80K a year cult camps. Add to this 10's of 1,000's of DEI soviet style politcal officiers riding herd over these places to make sure everyone follows the woke cult rules. Spouting mind blowing imbecile nonsense. They have little to no connection to the real world and are less than useless. Every word and sentence they speak lessens the value of a college degree. One irony of the socialist cult is they all purport to represent the worker and the oppressed yet the participants are typically neither.
  12. My contention is when you work with statistical models you can generate any result you'd like based on your assumptions and inputs. As these job numbers are not a count but rather a number derived from a model, I contend they suffer from political bias. I base my theory on some work experience applying statistical modeling and looking at historical trends where the BLS monthly job numbers correlated with statistical significance with other job market metrics then inexplicably diverged from almost all of them without explanation. Something changed. If in my past efforts had we encountered a sudden divergence in one key metric out of several key metrics that had for years followed a similar trend we would have performed a full assessment of the model, our assumptions, our input data and sources, assessed the possibly of exceptional or new circumstances, and identified the source of the divergence and taken action to address it.
  13. My guess is these "low" numbers are just as fake as the high one's. And here's why. Those high numbers weren't translating to what actual working people were experiencing and did nothing for Biden's polling numbers. What Biden needs more than anything is either greater expectations for rate cuts or actual rate cuts so the interest rate sensitive areas of the economy can get a boost before the election. Another round of higher than expected jobs numbers would have dashed hopes for Fed action to lower rates. Higher or low, its all still make up a number that supports the politics of the month.
  14. They love these swarthy terrorist rascals because American men find them unattractive and frankly don't want anything to do with them. These foreign guys see them as easy, cheap, sluts to be used and abused. What guy doesn't love going on a date with a woman that will lecture you about the patriarchy and the struggle of feminism for 3 hours while harping on the need for equality yet insisting the man picks up the check?
  15. I'm quite sure Garland's DOJ will be launching a "hate" crime investigation of the fraternity and the FBI will be questioning its members for possible "extremist" connections. The "progressive" cult will not allow challenges to its actions or power.
  16. Some of these dudes are just gaming the system because they know identifying as "trans" puts them at the top of the social justice pyramid and grants them special privileges from the woke cult and protection from officials that are crapping in their pants to avoid demonstrating nothing but total obedience to the LGBTQ "community". If a guys wants to sexually assault women their are consequences to those actions. If a trans assaults a women they get away with it. Anyone raising objective is of course "transphobic". They're just smart rapists playing the system.
  17. I keep hearing "a scheme to influence the election". What I don't understand is what is the specific Federal law or FEC statute that under penalty of fines or imprisonment requires everyone to publicly disclose all information, or perhaps withhold information, in their possession that might in one way or another be judged by a court of law to impact an election in any way, shape, or form?
  18. My grandparents had a farm in northern California. They were tough people and it was a hard life. Once when we were visiting I remember my grandmother killed a rattlesnake with a shovel that was threatening us. Not scared or anything, just went up to it and bashed its head in. While she was doing this I was more or less crapping my pants. My grandfather died of a heart attack at 90 while working on his truck. I don't think city people would be doing any of those things. They go to Costco and pick up a pack of 85% ground beef or a roasted Chicken and don't see how it gets from the farm to the store. I learned a bit about how hard farming is and when the city slickers snicker about those "hicks" as they drink a $6 Starbucks coffee while checking their e-mail and posting pictures of their vacation (that nobody really wants to see) I quietly laugh to myself about them. Because without that farm to table system they'd run out of food in two or three days and I guarantee 99% of them wouldn't survive if left to their own wits and resourcefulness.
  19. I salute you for that view. But I think that makes you a classical liberal rather than the modern progressive version. I share a similar view of equal opportunity. Opportunity for all but outcomes should be based on effort and achievement. I don't believe in a survival of the fittest philosophy but I also don't believe in equality of outcomes. I get the sense you share most if not all of this. A core objective of DEI and Diversity is equal outcomes and that's the core of many of the social policies of the current administration and democratic party priorities. I won't argue that past and current systems such as job hiring criteria most certainly had/have inequalities but I don't think the solution is to replace one set of inequalities for another set of inequalities and declare victory.
  20. You nailed it. The motto and objective of liberal DEI and socialism. Makes me recall the Rush song "Trees"
  21. Obviously these clowns are begging for a violent confrontation with the police. In order to transform themselves from rioters to victims. The left loves victims, Even when they're a violent aggressor its because they're a victim. Its just their "thing". Its what gets them excited. I would hope the cops are smarter than rushing the building but I have doubts. What you do is tell them they can stay there as long as they'd like. But nobody is giving into any of their demands. You give them one other option, to surrender and face charges. Otherwise, cut the power, water, phone service, and any other things feeding into the building. Set up a blockade of the building and keep anyone and everyone from bringing supplies to the holdouts in the building. Through whatever means are needed. Arrest anyone approaching the building for obstruction. Use the fact they are mostly candy ass pansies and just a whiff of adversity is enough to get them to crumble into a whimpering ball hiding in some corner of a room. In a few days they'll come out waving white flags and then quietly arrest them. Sure, you'll have some sappy human rights groups making wild dramatic claims you subjected them to concentration camp conditions, which you didn't, but they're all candy ass pansies too so screw them. Such drama from the left will further erode public opinion of these so called "students"
  22. Note the silence from the Biden administration which determines the correct action needed based on how it might impact their reelection chances in November. Something they might define as a crime of "election interference" if done by an opponent. There is obviously collusion and conspiracy occurring between and among various group, NGO's, and officials to simultaneously execute the exact same "plan" at multiple college campuses. The FBI should be on this, investigating the connections, identifying leadership and funding, acquiring warrants, freezing assets, arresting hi-level organizers. The "students" on the ground while troublesome should not be the focus of any law enforcement effort. Go after the generals here. Like Soros organizations and other organizations with known links to funding these domestic terrorists. Charge them with domestic terrorism, arrest them, lock them up. Sadly, none or little of this will happen. And Democrats in general don't believe in conspiracies! Right? 🤣
  23. Government is calling it the biggest threat to democracy since January 6th in Washington!
  24. Privileged mostly white American college kids and agitators pretending to be Hamas supporters/members oblivious to the fact the real-deal would not think twice about killing them on sight. Dumbest idiots you can find for $80k a year.
