  1. Who was it again that killed the Keystone pipeline on day one of his administration? Hint: it wasn't Trump.
  2. It could be because 90% of lower court rulings are based on sound and proper legal arguments and interpretations of the law where this case against Trump and other defendants may not be so clear cut?
  3. I've come to believe that due to infinite money being thrown around, incestuous personal and business arrangements, and cronyism at all levels the entire system is subject to corruption and a housecleaning is overdue. What might be left to debate is how to clean up the mess and what new direction we might take.
  4. As the liberal cult of chaos doesn't believe in borders I'm surprised by your admission that there is an "in" or "out".
  5. No I don't like it because it was bogus. Lowered the number of illegals along with providing more perks. I'm confident they'd take the perks and ignore the limits. Joe can just issue an executive order and shut the whole thing down if his handlers directed him to do that but they won't. I saw this little gem today. You believe these demands illegals encamped near the Denver Airport are making on officials there as reasonable? This entire 10m people nightmare is out of control. 13 demands: Migrants will cook their own food with fresh, culturally appropriate ingredients provided by the City instead of premade meals - rice, chicken, flour, oil, butter, tomatoes, onions, etc... Also people will not be punished for bringing in & eating outside food. Shower access will be available without time limits & can be accessed whenever - we are not in the military, we’re civilians. Medical professional visits will happen regularly & referrals/connections for specialty care will be made as needed. All will receive the same housing support that has been offered to others. They cannot kick people out in 30 days without something stable established. There needs to be a clear, just process before exiting someone for any reason - including verbal, written, & final warnings. All shelter residents will receive connection to employment support, including work permit applications for those who qualify. Consultations for each person/family with a free immigration lawyer must be arranged to discuss/progress their cases, & then the City will provide on-going legal support in the form of immigration document clinics, & including transportation to relevant court dates. The City will provide privacy for families/individuals within the shelter. No more verbal or physical or mental abuse will be permitted from the staff, including no sheriff sleeping inside & monitoring 24/7 - we are not criminals & won’t be treated as such. Transportation for all children to & from their schools will be provided until they finish in 3 weeks. No separating families, regardless of if family members have children or not. The camp will stay together. The City must schedule a meeting with the Mayor & those directly involved in running the Newcomer program ASAP to discuss further improvements & ways to support migrants. The City must provide all residents with a document signed by a City official in English & Spanish with all of these demands that includes a number to call to report mistreatment of if they aren’t How about, no, and throw their asses out?
  6. Perhaps holding the Prosecutor and the investigating FBI agents to the same level of procedural conduct would be prudent? They're accused of mishandling evidence in a number of ways including bringing outside documents to the location of the search warrant and using those documents as cover "top secret" pages to take photos of documents from the search spread across the floor meant to create dramatic effect for public and media consumption. What legitimate and honest law enforcement officers do such things? Just this alone could be grounds for dismissal, an illegal search, and should warrant disciplinary action which I'm 100% positive won't happen. I mean, why not plant some illegal guns and drugs around the house too?
  7. Smith would have made a fine prosecutor for the Committee for Public Safety or the Spanish Inquisition.
  8. Some goofball arguing the Constitution with a women pretending to be a border agent while a third person records the encounter. Probably a staged hoax.
  9. That's great question about the laptop. But there is the unaddressed question and motive of why 51 IC members all lied about its authenticity. Why did they blame the Russians and protect Joe Biden's candidacy in 2020? I'd like to know why Comer's committee didn't call them out. Is his investigation all for show or for real?
  10. We might need another topic. And additional TDS medication for some posters. The Georgia Court of Appeals has agreed to hear an appeal from defendants over whether the judge erred when he ruled that Fani Willis could remain on the Trump RICO prosecution in Fulton County. This pushes that trial further off, likely beyond the election.
  11. You're fooling yourself. I've had the unfortunate experience of witnessing and caring for a parent suffering from Parkinson's, a degenerative illness that is both physical and mental. Other conditions like Alzheimer's share similar traits. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I see Biden's gait and listen to his speech, his consistent mental and verbal slip-ups, He's far from "sharp as a tack". He's suffering from one of those conditions and his condition has degraded to the point that he's almost incapable of reading a scripted remark. In a few month's he'll be much worse. At that point they won't be able to hide it any longer. The staff make continuous adjustments in attempts to hide his condition. Because he fell down the steps of Air Force One they've move the stairway from the upper deck door to the lower deck door. When he walks across open spaces like the White House lawn they surround him with staff to hide direct views of his walking gait. He makes absolutely no unrehearsed and scripted public appearances. He can't remember the names of country leaders. He tells amazing stories out of left field such as his uncle was eaten by cannibals during WW2. There certainly won't be any Presidential debates. I think the people around him and his family should be ashamed of themselves for using him to present the illusion of a President when he should be residing in a more comfortable environment to live out the remainder of his life.
  12. And people supporting a President that is obviously mentally impaired and incapable of making the decisions required of the commander-in-chief which leads to a logical conclusion that somebody else, an un-elected person or group are making those key decisions, running the executive branch of our government, which is an affront to democracy and a violation of Article II of the Constitution are geniuses? And you're worried about democracy? The guy we elected is merely a figurehead brought out for a few minutes to read some prepared text like this is some third world palace coup.
  13. Haley would likely beat Biden by wide margin in a general election but I wouldn't expect her administration's policies to be much different than his are at the moment.
  14. The judge's ruling is certainly a blow to the Empire of Chaos. It removes the most serious of the legal actions off the board until what is expected to be after the election and my guess is even if Trump loses the DOJ will not pursue the charges. What's the point?
  15. Sadly, due to declining mental health, President Biden is not making the decisions expected of the commander in chief and President. That un-elected persons unknown, hidden from public view, are making decisions expected of the President is an affront to democracy.
  16. At Columbia U., a few days ago WABC news NY reported that 48% of those arrested were not affiliated with the university in any way. I think its a safe assumption that is representative of the professional protester participant level.
  17. How stupid. Defeat them how? With a nuclear exchange? Brain dead idiots
  18. Maxine has "evidence" these right wing training bases use some form of the Klingon cloaking device to hide their existence. So she only has a general idea of their location from years of drinking and hallucinations. I think she played Aunt Ester on Sanford & Son before joining Congress.
  19. These kids are like Biden. Offer them ice cream and they'll get behind anything. Like being used as stage props for supporting a terrorist group that would be happy to kill their parents right before their eyes and then laugh at them while yelling God is great!
  20. Draft analysis is driven by confirmation bias. Both for the fans and experts. Draft the guys I rate high and I'll say you did a good job. If a team follows the experts "board" and player ranking they get an "A".
  21. I'm not sure what the thought process is that's going on in the head's of these university administrators? Why pick this "hill to die on"? Supporting students/fake students taking over University property, causing damage, disrupting life and classes on campus for what? To allow a small minority of malcontents to masquerade around the grounds in Palestinian costumes? If anyone dressed like this for Halloween the left would be yelling cultural appropriation. But this Spring its Trick or treat.
  22. Looks like the war is back on this morning. Rafah invasion to commence. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have urged many thousands of Palestinian civilians to urgently evacuate ahead of an impending ground offensive. In the overnight hours Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant told US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin that Israel now believes it has no choice but the carry on with the major ground operation, despite it having been stalled for months. Gallant cited that a Hamas rocket attack was carried out from Rafah, killing four Israeli soldiers. Airstrikes in eastern Rafah have already begun, and residents and refugees there are being dropped flyers - and homes are also reportedly receiving urgent messages - telling them to evacuate immediately.
  23. Trump used negotiating tactics and leverage to get other nations to meet their financial commitments. Threats of withdrawing where part of it. Something all previous US administration's would not do. And he examined the nature of the NATO alliance and determined it was a losing arrangement. His mistake was being naive to think it was a simple defense arrangement. Although it originally was, its evolved into a vehicle to enable the US military and political powers to remain in control of Europe. I'd argue Europe has no major policies or views that are out of alignment with US interests and have sacrificed the interests of their continent, nations, and citizens to tow the line with Washington. While Russia is certainly a bad actor there are advantages to Europe to economically integrate with Russia but the US canot let that happen for strategic reasons. In regard to funding, European officials must have been puzzled by Trump's naive demand they pay more to allow America to control them. 80 years after WW2 and some 30 years after the fall of the Soviet Union and the Warwaw Pact, Europe should be fully capable of defending themselves from whatever trouble they might find themselves in without our "help".
