Bills should go after Rothlisberger
Bufcomments replied to stroud99's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why give up high picks for Big Ben One more strike and we could get him for a 4th rounder because Rooney family ain't no joke when it comes to off field issues. see S. Holmes. -
If Clausen, McClain, and the top 2 OT's are of the board when the Bills come up I hope they trade down to get those extra picks if they find a team that is really trying to move up for a player.
-
Depends on if Chan thinks they can find some way to use him in the offense. I still think he would be a good slot WR is used correctly.

With less than a week to go its about time for my first mock ever on TBD. enjoy. Rams.... Sam Bradford QB. It's about having a QB and the Rams don't, until Thursday night. Lions..... Russell Okung OT. Lions invested in Stafford last year and need somebody to protect the money, err QB. Makes sense to me. Tampa .. Gerald McCoy DT. McCoy fits the Tampa 2 better than Suh. Skins.. Trent Williams OT. Second best OT on the board to protect McStolen err McNabb Chiefs.. Suh DT Chiefs are surprised Suh slips to them. He slips down due to past knee problems. Seattle. C.J. Spiller RB Best player on the board and will have a major impact. Browns Dez Bryant WR If it wasn't for his past screw-ups he is a top 5 pick. He replaces Edwards who they lost last year. Oakland Anthony Davis OT Raiders will run the ball more than they pass it because of a lack of QB play. Davis is a grinder. Bills.... Jimmy Clausen. QB I think the Bills like Clausen more than they put out there. If he is there they have to take him. First rule in drafting is not to pass on a possible franchise QB. I have gone back and forth on this but they can pick a OT in the second or 3rd rounds. Jags.... Rolando McClain LB Again best player on the board, fills a need at MLB comments please

What are your surprise draft predictions?
Bufcomments replied to Phlegm Alley's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Okung to the Lions with the 2nd overall pick. don't be surprised if it happens, They need to protect Stafford, it makes plenty of sense if the Lions pick him. -
I like your thoughts BUT....... I think Clausen will go to either Seahawks or Cleveland. Saffold would be a great pick in the second but I don't think he will be there.

You can go online to get some free advice from various car care boards. Google Ford truck repairs and it will lead you to some good ones. When I had my 90 Ford bronco I used those boards alot and was able to make many upgrades and repairs myself.

I used to listen to Rome everyday but it seems like the show is not what it was. I listen in on Mondays so I can laugh at some of his comments after the NFL games on Sundays but that's about it .

Tim Graham - "Rest of AFC East leaving Bills Behind"
Bufcomments replied to Thurman#1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Call me drinking Bills Koolaid ( grape flavor Thank you) but I don't think the Bills are as bad off as people think. Fish... yea they stole Marshall but going to Miami? If he could not stay out of trouble in Denver, what makes you think he will in the hippest town in America? Chad Henne still does not scare me. Only player that does in Miami is Ronnie Brown. and he gets hurt every year. so Miami can be beaten. Patties... Love me some Tom Brady even though I don't want to. He will miss Welker for at least a good portion of the first half of the season. Randy Moss is still there and they have the best coach in the division. Still make playoffs but wont go far. Can be beaten, but they have the Bills number. Jets... clearly the team to beat in the AFC east. I think LT is washed up so no big gain there. Holmes is gonna be out 4 games and if we play them once during his suspension we might luck out . Bills... ok we have no proven QB, bad online. But I like our Defense. It was lack of offense that made us suck. Special teams still might be the best in the division. So with some luck we get a starting LT, get Clausen or Tebow, hope Green can upgrade the RT position Should be better on Offense. Plus we had the 2 good RB's. Lee Evans is no joke. If we get a WR in the draft or if Johnson or Hardy step up, we should be decent. Buddy says we are not that far off. I believe him. -
Or like some of the things I have read, Gailey likes Brohm. So if that its the case ,we all know Brohm needs time so plug in Campbell until you think Brohm is ready. If Gailey is good with QB's, and we will find out this season if that is the case, you might not even have to draft a QB at all. Build the lines and they will be good for a while. We have seen Buddy go after McNabb. I think is is smart enough to get an upgrade with a low round pick. Lets hope so.
-
You mean we can get a starter for a 5th round pick?? And he is better than anybody on the roster? And he has Lee Evans and 2 good backs in the backfield? This is a steal, if the Bills can do this they will at least have a fighting chance to win some games. If we get Campbell we could focus on the lines in the draft, instead of using a 3rd for a college QB. If he fails you get your QB next year. Bingo

I agree, they are going to go by THEIR board. If they feel that none of the say top 3 OT's are off the board they are going with the best player that can make an impact. I would not be surprised if Spiller is the pick, but my gut is saying they will go Defense. either Morgan or McClain. Buddy said something that caught my ears, he said that you built the lines first basically, that way you will be good for a while, which makes sense to me.

Big Ben - Pitt Listening to Offers

Ok you can have Trent Edwards( he not a bills Fan) Marshawn Lynch ( former 1st rounder) plus thug life actions Donte Whitner (former 1st rounder), plus he could fill in when Troy gets hurt, which he will.... Chris Kelsey.... on the trade block again lol this years third round pick. If that doesn't get ER done well I tried. lol -

IF Tiger goes on to win a major this year, AND gets back with his wifey he will be even more famous than what he is now. Think about it. Football is a tough game played by tough guys who has plenty of flaws. In your workplace there are people who have flaws. But it's the bottom line that counts. If your company makes money ,you still have a job regardless of how many !@#$s you work with. In the NFL, just win baby by any means. Some teams only care about what you do on the field. The NFL is a cold game baby and maybe that why it is so damn popular.
-
The Jets did it right, they built the O-Line first. Then they got the skill players. Now they have the best CB in the league, added another good one, got one of the better WR's in the game. Say what you want about coach Ryan but he has those guys in the locker room believing that they can beat anybody. And Sanchez is going to get better and time goes on. To me they are the team to beat in the AFC. and I like how they did it.
-
I don't think Clausen will be there at #9. I think Cleveland or Seattle takes him. I'm am thinking now that if he is not there they are going to do what they have to do to get Tebow in the bottom half of the first round.

Lee Evans is ranked at #56 amongst WR's
Bufcomments replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My 2 cents. Lee Evans SHOULD be used more. They are paying him top tier WR money. There is nothing wrong with using your best player every game but the Coaches to this point have not created ways to effectively get him the rock. Hopefully under The Chan this will change . I have a feeling that he will get the ball to Lee more often. Now having said all that do we have a QB that will give him a chance to shine?? I think you know the answer to that question. -
Someone please explain this to me
Bufcomments replied to dollars 2 donuts's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
One of my friends son played for UB, I went to a couple of games with him, Roosevelt stood out to me but he had a better year last yr IMO. Think he is good enough to play in the pros, think somebody will give him a shot, depends if his agent has any pull to help him out. BTW is does not matter where you play, look at Fred Jackson. If you dominate in your conference trust me teams will find you, to many scouts out there looking for talent. -
Santonio Holmes traded to the Jets!!
Bufcomments replied to sven233's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Make you wonder if the Bills are calling everybody about Lynch..... I don't know if you get rid of Lynch for anything less than a 3rd pick. You will be better off keeping him if that's the case. -
Ndamukong Suh AMAZING VIDEO....
Bufcomments replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Man , I see why OT are going to be drafted high. They have to block beasts like Suh. Good luck with that . He might be just as good or better than Ngata after his rookie year. -
Ask Lori she might know, if the Sabres game is on you might be out of luck
