I know one thing, I would love to be a fly on the wall in the Bills war room if Clausen is on the board at 9. But I think he will go to either Seattle or Cleveland. Secondly, you have to sign the guy you draft and at #9 the Bills will be forced to pay to draft Clausen. Does anybody know how his agent is?? I think that is a factor that alot of people don't think about but it can factor into the equation. Being a ex-college lineman,I hope the go either OL or NT. Go Big early.

Let forget about who is going where for one second.....if you can mange that then read on. To me the NFL draft is the beginning of the 2010 season. I look forward to it almost as much as I do the Final Four. It means Spring is finally here. Like the fact they finally moved it to primetime TV , I'll be at work though, doubt that anything will get done until the Bills pick. But the main reason to watch is to see the players who were invited to the draft and watch them fall unexpectedly. That shyt must be nerve racking. now THAT is reality TV at its finest . I think they are looking at the possible run on OT's which will most likely will happen. Doubt that any of the top 4 OT's will be on the board. You can get a OT in the second round but I think that takes Tebow out of the mix. Spiller is the best player outside of Clausen and McClain. You only draft Spiller if Marshawn is gone. It would be hard to pass on Clausen but it depends how much they like Clausen. Man I cant wait to see how it shakes down.

It seems clear that the Bills are trying to move Marshawn and ML does not want to be here. Maybe trading him will wake his ass up. He has talent, hate to see him go , I like the kid but Spiller would be an upgrade if this went down. I have been saying for a while that 2 dark horse picks would be Spiller or DE Morgan.

I agree, Delhomme is a stop-gap for one year. Cleveland needs a QB and I would not be surprised if Cleveland takes Clausen.

It's hard to doubt Schefter so I believe it. If it happens we create another hole but he can be replaced. Running backs are easy to come by.

If you get quality production from your draft picks you are not flushing them down the drain, which is my meaning. Running back has not been a problem for the Bills, it was lack of coaching on offense the last 10 yrs and that my friend was due to the idiots in the front office. And you know this. If the run on OT's happens early I would not be surprised if Spiller or DE Morgan from GA was our pick. If I had to choose between Spiller and Clausen I would choose Spiller JMO.

Why get rid of Williams?? I like what The Chan said about him earlier this spring. He is underrated IMO and is close to being an ALL-Pro. They will keep him no doubt.

What you said +2 Plus I like the fact that they seems to have direction now, the fact they got Dehaven, back plus 2 strength coaches. I for sure like what Buddy has done so far and I like Chan, he's old school it seems like and I think the team will be better than we expect this season.

Well you have the right to disagree but I have a counter point. Smith was the last running back to start in the playoffs for us, McGahee and Lynch both were 1000yd rushers for us so how are they wasted draft picks??. We did get some production out of these guys. Although they were not LT they certainly were not Greg Bell either. Spiller has Chris Johnson speed, something either you have or not, he has it. Even though I would not make him our first rounder , I would not be mad if they made the pick if they did end up dealing Lynch. Jackson is almost 30 and even though I love the guy Spiller would be a terrific change of pace back. Nobody in the later rounds has Spiller's speed. And Chan said he like's those quick scat backs. So even though I would not draft Spiller he would upgrade the team if he was here. JMO

I voted for McClain, I think he can be a Ray Lewis type of ILB. That would be my personal choice. Mitchel has a couple of years left. You could have Poz, McClain, Mitchel, Davis, Maybin, Schobel if he comes back.. and Ellison as LB's. I like that. But, I think the smartest thing for them to do is trade down. That is if the run on OT's happens. BTW, Spiller would be a good pick only if they deal Lynch before or on draft day.

I agree, the woman he walked out on looks plenty good to me, and is the mother of 2 with 2 on the way. Man, Tiki is gonna have a big ass monthly check to write out, and you know the judge is gonna give her what she wants. Tiki just made my dumbass list.

I would be OK with this if only if they Deal Lynch before the draft or make a draft day trade with him involved. Spiller would upgrade the return game also. But I really do not think they like Clausen at #9. If there is a dark horse pick for the Bills I believe it would be DE Morgan from GA Tech . I would like to see them trade down if the top 4 OT's are off the board myself but what do I know lol.

Short arms my ass. You guys read too much into stats and whatnot. Turn on the tape, the guy can play, has a mean streak, finishes blocks. If he has to play guard, so be it , then you go into the second round and draft a LT, or even the 3 rd. I would take him at #9 and you upgrade your line.

Funny thing ,after reading the piece I think the Bills would be smart to go after Campbell. I think he would be a good fit here, and he would not cost us a high draft pick, I would give up a 4th round pick plus maybe Whitner. Get R Done Buddy

I disagree McNabb is still a pro-bowl QB given the right people around him. Why Reid gave him to the Skins in the division will cost him a game in the division and maybe a playoff spot. Philly fans will boo Kolb and start asking for Vick by week 8...you heard it hear first lol

The draft is were the Bills will do something, either surprise us with taking Clausen or dealing either Lynch or Whitner to move up ahead of San Diego to take Cody in the second round. To bad they make you re-apply the season tickets before the draft instead of after.

Now that the Skins have D. McNabb my run on top OT's might come true. No way they go after Clausen now. Skins will most def pick an OL. Boy the off-season is almost as good as the regular season.

Well to top it all off, guess who we play in the first pre-season game... the Skins of course No doubt the Redskins draft an LT to protect him. Looks like we may have a shot a Clausen but I don't think the Bills will draft him.

Ofcourse the cops are keeping a close eye on him, look at what he has done since he has been here. He is going to have to live with that everyday now. He made his bed, now he has to sleep in it. As a brother I understand. I live in the hood and work in Amherst at night. Every time I get into the town a cop car rolls past me EVERYDAY. I have come to expect that and its not surprising too so I have come to terms with it even thought I hate it . If Marshawn can keep his head on straight and realize that there is nothing he can do to change the fact that the popo is gonna be on his ass and accept that he will be ok. So far this offseason he has done nothing to put himself in the papers. So maybe he learned his lesson, although he learned the hard way. Lets hope he continues this. I like the guy and it would hurt the team more if he was not here. The kid has talent. He if can continue to stay straight maybe he can earn his job back because he has the talent to do so. I expect both Nix and Gailey have told him by now everybody has a clean start. I for one is routing for him to come back strong because we need 2 backs.

If they do take Morgan I think that they are assuming Schobel is retired and Kelsey wont make the team?

Good post and I have seen some mocks in the past couple of day saying that Morgan could be the choice. I would not be happy with this but its not out of the question.
