  1. You really like this guy huh lol sounds to me after hitting your link he is the kind of coach the Bills N E E D Hey if Mike Smith( Falcons )and Soprano ( Fishes..sorry I'm old school) can do it....... Why not Leach ?? cant be any worse than Penis Jauron
  2. I think there is talent on this ballclub but it not being coached right. You mentioned CBs and RB's Lee Evans is not talented?? With TO he will be better. Josh Reed is a good slot man. Roscoe is the best return man in the game. It is clear Trent needs better coaching. I think he can win some games but he is being coached to throw short and it burns me. Trent said it himself in the paper. Stroud is good. Mitchell when motivated can play better. Poz is not great but is better than average. Your right they could use some better talent. But this team is better than how they are playing right now and I think the main upgrade in talent involves the coaching staff...outside of Bobby April this is where they fall WAY short IMO
  3. No serious injuries Maybin got a sack Anybody who taped this game and re-watches it is a better fan than me lol
  4. He had time to throw. He is not a franchise QB . Why the Bills think he is ??? Big Ben had pressure but he made plays anyway. That,s the kind of QB we need and until we get one we wont make the playoffs. anybody still wish we had went after Mike Vick lol
  5. If Ralph really was hungry he would have fired Jauron after last season. I was watching part of the Falcons-Chargers game and I saw Mike smith ripping his defense for giving up long 3 and longs for 1st downs. Jauron would just say we are trying hard and have a long way to go. I'm tired of it, it a losers way of doing things.
  6. At this point I have no excuses. The preseason is over might as well say. The game Thursday is a last chance for bubble players. I'm am starting to think that Trent has no anticipation skills. I watched Matt Ryan and Rivers in the other game on tonight and they are not afraid to throw it down the field. Trent still does not have it. If he is coached like that the OC should be fired. The Defense still cant get off the field on 3rd downs. They played against some good QB's the last 2 weeks and could not stop them. At this point what makes you think they can stop Brady. Well I will give them until after the first regular season game to really start to rip them. But it does not look good right now.
  7. All I have to say is this team is too talented to look this bad Granted it was the Steelers but still... They should have fired Jauron after last season.
  8. I never like the idea of moving Walker from RT to begin with. I wasn't a big fan of moving Wood from his natural position of Center but it seems ok so far I think the best lineup would be... LT Bell LG Hangartner C Wood RG Bulter RT Walker Just my opinion, but it not like the staff reads this crap anyway lol.
  9. I agree with some posters that I want to see the Bills play against Brady. That way we can judge how good this pass rush really is. If we did manage to beat them up there without Brady I will take it because the bottom line is 1-0 But it would not be the same IMO. A 27-24 victory against Brady is much different than say a 20- 7 without him. It would give the Bills more confidence if they beat them with all the weapons they have.
  10. This is what I think as well. No sense in playing him now anyway. TO and Bills brass is playing this right No way he plays in a game until Monday night in Boston.
  11. does anybody know if Maybin plays Sat. night ??
  12. Since training camp is over the focus for the next three weeks is to stay healthy and prepare to face the 3-4 defense since they have not shown they can handle it . If the Bills are not prepared to face the 3-4 they will be 1-5 or 0-6 again in the division. Trent was right to say it in the paper...they haven't seen it in practice enough. Things like this make me wonder why they keep Jauron....
  13. If the Bills cut BOTH Kelsay and Denney I would have allot more faith in what the coaching staff thinks of the talent on this football team. It is clear that Bryan can get pressure But does the staff give him a chance do do it as the starter remains to be seen. I say start Bryan the last 2 preseason games and lets see what he can do...cant hurt any.
  14. Well it is clear the coaching staff does not read your posts lol This is why they are 7-9 all the time....the right players are not on the field. What is wrong with Bryan, Stroud, Williams, and Schobel as our starting D- line? Well maybe we can upgrade Williams but that line cant be any worse than last years
  15. lolThey can find another captain...... I nominate Poz for Kelsey's role
  16. OK here is another anti Kelsey thread... I have been really impressed by Copeland Bryan this preseason. He seems to play like his job is one the line.... well it is lol I would like to see him play with the first unit to see if he can handle the play against the other teams first O-line to judge where he really is. Now I wish Maybin had been to training camp because if he could handle the starting job it would be Maybin, Schobel as your DE's and Bryan and Ellis as your backups. The way Bryan is playing maybe he should start and have Maybin come off the bench. Maybe this is a year early but why not?? I don't see how keeping Kelsey for another year helps this team. They did try to move him this offseason . It would not be a shock to me if he is cut frankly. Right now I think Denney or Kelsey will be cut. I think Bryan and Ellis have shown enough promise to keep on the active roster. There are always surprise cuts and I think your are going to see it this year from the DE and TE positions Stupar I think has earned a roster spot as well. BTW
  17. Why the NFL network did not re-sign him is beyond me...
  18. During my teens years ( i'm 45 now, you do the math) I don't remember any Bills home games on TV. When the Bills played at the Rockpile on Jefferson Ave My Father, Mother and I used to walk to the Stadium and watch the games. (we lived only 6 blocks away at the time.) Think I went to every home game between 69-76 when I was a kid. The only reason we went because my Father loved to see OJ run.... thanks Dad for the season Tickets. I remember asking my father one Sunday on the way to the game, why don't we watch the games on TV ? He said they never show the home games on TV because of the Blackout rule. Back in those days either you saw the game live or waited for the highlights to come on TV. Channel 7 was my favorite back then because of Rick Azar, who did the broadcasts on the Radio before Van Miller got the job. But most of the time when I was a teenager I listened to Vans Broadcast of the home games . I start going to the games with friends ( which means the parking lot experience)on the regular after we signed Jim Kelly back in 86'.
  19. Like I said in other post..... Ill believe it when he signs at OBD That's my story and i'm sticking to it .....
  20. I will believe it when he is signed
  21. wow I am impressed, a very good lead post non football related and something that needs to be addressed +2
  22. This is a good post. In Maybin's situation playing hardball might cost him his rookie year and nobody benefits. And if he does not sign for 24 million he risks getting nothing. I dont know if I would risk the 24 million to add other 4 million to it. Just my 2 cents.
  23. ok Agreed but dont you think the Bills offered him at least 24 million??
  24. We know what TO can do, he can still separate from DBs . I would not play him until the season opener if I were the Bills
