Yes, I think so. From what I've heard, it slows down your neighbors internet access and could possibly increase charges. I really don't know the truth behind it, all I know is word of mouth. I've done it every once in a while when my internet seems to be slow and unresponsive. It's a good back-up access plan.

If you're only in the market for a 32" TV mostly for video games, and trying to save on cost, I really wouldn't worry too much about a top of the line brand, IMO. The NCAA tournament could quite possibly be the most exciting sports period of the year. I follow college basketball but not religiously like Knockout above, and I love filling out the bracket every year because it gives you a reason to root for teams which make it all the more interesting. I agree that Oklahoma would be a great investment into this year's tourney but truthfully I would be supremely disappointed if they were to win. I really would like UNC to take it all the way this year.
