Bukele is going to get the CIA treatment at some point because his existence and policies defy every lie that the regime here pumps into your heads. As it turns out: You DO NOT have to tolerate gangs and cartels You CAN reduce violent crime dramatically by simply locking up and humiliating every street gang member and violent criminal you find You CAN tear down the statues glorifying gay race communism and turn them into sewer covers All it takes is some will and the favor of God. -
These politicians don’t care about you. They don’t think your home, family, or posterity is worth defending. They think your money should be used to enrich their cronies in “Israel” and line their own pockets through their vassals in the Ukraine. Every republican who backs this should be primaried, if not hanged.

We were scanning the cities Rocking to pay the dues But besides all the glamour All we got was bruised But through all of that sorrow We were riding high And the truth of the matter is I never let you go, let you go

Oh good, it's "democrats are the real racists" month. Surely this time it'll help.

18 USC 2422(b) carries a max of life. "Whoever, using the mail or any facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce, or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States knowingly persuades, induces, entices, or coerces any individual who has not attained the age of 18 years, to engage in prostitution or any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title and imprisoned not less than 10 years or for life." As well as 2423(a): "A person who knowingly transports an individual who has not attained the age of 18 years in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any commonwealth, territory or possession of the United States, with intent that the individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, shall be fined under this title and imprisoned not less than 10 years or for life."

Has anyone heard of “gang stalking”?
LeviF replied to Not at the table Karlos's topic in Off the Wall
Best of luck, really. I don't know much about Texas laws but a voluntary commitment for initial observation is good anywhere. Might need some baby steps first if he's had zero treatment or evaluation though. Back when I worked for the shelter it was a pretty decent majority of our clients. -

Involuntary commitment depends on the state. Ordinarily very difficult to obtain, as Bill mentioned above. In NYS, for instance, involuntary commitments are governed by the mental hygiene law and for a police officer to initiate an involuntary commitment the standard is "appears to be mentally ill and is conducting himself or herself in a manner which is likely to result in serious harm to the person or others." If I had to guess based on similar things I've seen in my work history your friend's brother is suffering from some kind of psychosis. Most folks in that situation never hurt themselves or anyone else but tend to have a hard time supporting themselves as they continue to decompensate. -

Who’s upset? Whoever chooses to become an evolutionary dead end is welcome to do so. But their opinions should not be taken at all seriously. If you have no stake in the future of the country you should have no say in the future of the country.

I believe it was a sin To do you in the way I did you in I couldn't stop it coming from afar And lost the keys to the getaway car And every now and then I'm in this place It's hell living when I need your face Don't hide don't hide don't hide from me

Yeah, that's the appeal. A woman rapidly approaching middle age with no responsibilities who acts like a teenager with zero consequences. She's living the modern woman's dream.

Where do you stand on the death penalty?
LeviF replied to SCBills's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
If we use 90 as the cutoff we're probably talking about 25% of the general population as a good starting estimate. As already stated, since the IQ of the average criminal tends to be lower it's going to be an even larger portion of those more inclined to commit crime to start with. -

Though that correlation exists, that’s not really the point of my post. Deterrence can be a secondary goal but there needs to be a recognition that for a very large segment of the population deterrence cannot work.
