    Anybody watching the current stinkfest? It's tied 2-2, but they're being dominated worse than they have all season. Shots are 29-11. Finally reached the end of my rope with Ruff, I think. Took me a while but he and his roster are just no longer a good fit for some reason.

    That's disappointing. Did anybody see that Clint Eastwood project "Trouble With the Curve"? It was mediocre all around, but the worst part was that the writers had seemingly never watched a baseball game in their lives. How do you not get consultants for this kind of stuff to say "This makes sense, but this doesn't."? Hell, I could have done that for them.

    I don't think pro athletes are a good representative of public behavior. I find that most of my interactions with people are pleasant and civil.

    Tough player. Good run blocker. WAY below average for a starting wide receiver. I have no qualms in seeing Jones exit, especially with the assumption that we've got our eye on somebody better.

    You say that as if it's worse. Humans have a responsibility to the animals that we've domesticated. Eating them is fine (cows, pigs, dogs, whatever) because there's a definite utility. Starving them, torturing them, and making them fight in order to amuse us? You must be able to see the moral difference.

    Pretty sad when you have the league's hottest player and get off to a 4-6-1 start. Vanek has pretty much accounted for 3 of their wins.

    Vick was worse in almost every way. I don't want Fitz as a starter either, but if I had to pick a guy to be "Caretaker" until a rookie was ready, it sure as hell wouldn't be Vick.
