Receivers, Defensive Ends and Quarterbacks ALL lobby for penalties. Sometimes even Defensive Backs do. It's part of the game.

ridiculous how loud crowd is for eagles.

Well now the fumble-proof eagles just fumbled.

lots of eagle fans there

Texans are getting good pressure.

With the exception of maybe Philadelphia, most teams have sloppy drives and turnovers. The difference is no one is paying attention to other teams. The number of Bills national, prime time and big games coupled with the massive vegas odds to win each game, MVP and the bowl that has eluded us all brings intense weekly scrutiny. Bills coast to victory against the Pack and the narrative is they slept through half of the game. If the remainder of the season unfolds this way, I'd be very happy.

Ravens WR Rashod Bateman done for the year - foot surgery
wjag replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah this is a head scratcher. Their bench is now a Duvernay, Robinson and Proche. Hardly a murder's row to begin with even with Bateman. Oh and Andrews is sporting a questionable designation too. -

Baltimore -- where receiver's career go into hibernation... -
This is the game you hope Case Keenum gets into as fast as possible. Everyone knows the Jets play to just past the whistle. As QB2, it's his job to take those revenge hits for QB1. 🙂 Also getting out of that swamp injury free is crucial as players all over the league complain about that turf.

Well he's not wrong..

I don't think they will. For all the pillorying of Zach Wilson this week, he can and will throw the ball around. Buffalo has been pretty good rushing 4 and dropping 7 into coverage. The knock on Wilson is he is a one-read pony. So if you can take away the Conklin and Wilson targets he gets erratic. My guess is the Packers, Broncos and Patriots all blitzed him. The JETS gave up seven sacks total in those 3 games. That's three good defenses in a row. With the exception of last weekend (and I know they don't have Hall now), he seems to have held up. Robinson has had a second week to learn the offense and Carter is back there as well. Should be interesting to see if the Jets believe they can do what the Packers did with a run heavy offense.

With the exception of Corey Davis, Jets looking pretty healthy for this (not counting their season IR stuff)

That thing that comes through Lima Charlie (loud and clear for you outside the military world) is the violence of the hits he takes. That one on the sideline where he pops up saying I'm Good, I'm Good is a thundering hit. Also when Keenum is smiling ear-to-ear after Josh gets decked on the 3rd and 14 run to the goal line and says something like you need that one to get you in the game and Josh says something like yep, I'm in.

Who would have believed at the start of the season Week 8 Buffalo v NYJ would be must see TV? Kudos to the Jets for building a competitive team. Never would I have ever believed the Jets could go into Lambeau and beat Aaron Rodgers. Looking at the stats from that game the Zachary Kapono Wilson was 10/18 for 110 yards and 0 TDs, 0 INTS and the JETS rushed for 64 yards. 64!! They had a total of 174 yards of offense and won by 17!!!!! Kapono? sup wid dat? So the AFCE has a McCorkle and Kapono and Tuanigamanuolepola. God Bless this great melting pot called America.

The Bills so far have built a championship resume, consider they have won by just about every way: 1. Blow out (3) 2. Primetime (3) 3. Come from behind 4. Late game drive to take the lead, i.e. close game 5. Surging to lead and then doing just enough to keep the opponent off the score board 6. MVP destruction (Lamar, Patty, Aaron) 7. H2H win against each other division winner with 2Ws on the road. 8. Perfect at home (3-0) and dominant on the road (3-1) 9. Doing it with a depleted secondary and surviving an early season injury rash. The teeth of the schedule is over and they are 6-1 with one bounced pass away from being 7-0. A W this weekend against the J*E*S*T, JEST, JEST, JESTs and they have a nice 2-game bulge in the division I think Buffalo needs to play TB in the Superbowl. It would be the MOST cathartic win ever and would give Josh a victory over everyone that he played with and against in The Match. 🙂

How many KRs do they need?😀

Be great if he has some PR/KR ability to go with the speed. crazy business. Zack goes from playoff caliber team to playoff wannabe team.
