  1. Too bad you aren't the Bills head coach or O-Coordinator, then you could actually change what is the obvious. Until then Lynch is the starter, and you or any other fans can't change that. I am not saying I wouldn't start Jackson, but he isn't the starter, no sense making a fuss over it.
  2. I guess maybe I worded it wrong, the Saints will run, but it doesn't matter who they play, they are going to be airing the ball out all day. Especially with our No Huddle, where the other team typically has the ball for twice as many offensive plays.
  3. I am not sure he has regressed all that much as a lineman, rather I think the Bills overpaid big time when they signed him. I don't think it would be too bad of an idea to bring him back with his knowledge of the offense, his experience and not to mention he will come alot cheaper now. The hit on the salary cap hit from releasing him originally will be more than they actually pay him this time if they were to resign him.
  4. Exactly. This subject is getting old. They are both going to play so no sense losing sleep over it. Lynch is the starter until he proves he isn't.
  5. You repeated what I said just using different words? Sounds like Football Sense to me?
  6. And you would have before you got the answer to that question?
  7. Wow, we have really run out of things to talk about now haven't we? Did they trade the wrong QB? I feel like I am in the movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" sometimes on this board.
  8. Alright, we have finally found Jauron's successor and the guy to take us to the promise land. I already see the Buffalo News front page "Rockinon the successor to Jauron." How about if they make Lynch stand in the corner with his nose on the wall for the next game, or write 1,000 time that I won't carry guns anymore? Dude, your an idiot, you don't think Lynch is already itching to get on the field? No matter how much of a thug and an moron he is for his off the field actions, he wouldn't have gotten this far if he wasn't a fierce competitor.
  9. There are players on the Bills that I like more than others, but when they play for the Bills I want all of them to do well, it only helps the team. Anyone who doesn't want Lynch (or anyone else) to play well is not a true Bills fan.
  10. Ok, I know Fred Jackson is pretty good, but what makes him more of a winner than anyone else on this team? Last time I checked football was a team game, and since the only NFL team he is played for is Buffalo, there are several players that have been here during the same time frame, so they have the same records? What makes some players on a team winners and others losers? There are a lot of reasons you can justify Jackson playing, but to say he is more of a winner than other teammates is as idiotic of a statement as can be made.
  11. No, I wouldn't go for it, and I think they made the right call. Reason being is, kicking a field goal forced the Bucs to have to score two touchdowns vice a touchdown and a field goal. A call can't get much easier than that, 100 times out of 100 opportunities you kick the field goal. The Bills made several mistakes yesterday that can be discussed, but this wasn't one, in fact the idea of going for it is quite hilarious and uneducated in a football sense. Maybe on the playground you go for it but not is a real game.
  12. Whether or not you need to put air under the ball, and how much varies on the pattern, the receiver, game situation etc., some plays need the QB to throw a rope, others to loft the ball. I do agree, Trent did have a pretty good game (again), so I am not going to dwell on one bad pass as long as he learns from it. I think a few of the passes he threw downfield were underthrown, even the TD to Evans was slightly underthrown. Probably the best pass he threw all day was the one T.O. dropped, it could not have been thrown any better.
  13. Not that we won't have to stop it, next week the run isn't what is going to have our defense busy all day.
  14. Judging by his own reaction, I would say it was a terrible throw by Trent.
  15. I think the offense will be even better when Lynch gets back. The plays that did not succeed with Jackson, were the ones straight up the gut where he wasn't strong enough, or so it seems. Those are the plays where Lynch has more power and is more than likely to move the D-line a little more. Also, Jackson has carried a big load the first two games, I am a little worried about his durability if he takes a pounding like this every week. Having two good backs to give each other breathers can only be a good thing. I do still believe that Lynch will start when he returns, but they won't hesitate to stay with the hot hand of whoever is running better that week.
  16. Let's not get ahead of ourselves yet. Lets get a win first, period-since we have only had 2 in our last 10 games. Not that it wouldn't be nice, but lets not put the wagon before the horse.
  17. What maybe a 5th or 6th rounder? I think that is all the Bears got for Thomas Jones and he has never been on the verge of a season long suspension with just one more blunder. The Bills wouldn't have gotten that much for Lynch, so it wouldn't have been worth trading him. It also would have left us with no depth at that position, having them both is a luxury.
  18. Hey I have a new poll-Who deserves to get f*cked in the ear by a drunken retarded monkey with full body turrets syndrome? 1. The idiot who started this poll 2. Everyone else
  19. I am loosened up you uneducated p#nis eater. What the hell is a Bible Bangin' homo? I know you are the homo part, but Bible Bangin? No wonder your post is so retarded, it takes after the idiot who posted it.
  20. I totally agree, they could have done the same thing with Pat Williams a few years ago. He would have taken a home-town discount too, he was so involved in the community here and really wanted to stay. Our moronic FO at the time didn't even try to keep him.
  21. mrags throws that theory out the window, he seems to be a Jackson supporter but is throwing around childish names and acting angry. As for me, I support both of them, they both wear a red helmet with the charging buffalo on them.
  22. The spasms aren't in his signing hand are they? Maybe they should have waited until monday to extend his contract.
  23. No just replying to someone who replied to a thread with name calling, so I apologize for dropping to his grade school level of maturity.
  24. It is only a guess, besides that fact the he didn't read his post after he put it up that he is talking about the start times of the games. That part of the schedule this year I can't stand. I believe it is week 8 or 9 before we have our only our second 1:00 Sunday game all year. My whole life watching football, 1:00 sunday is football time, having to wait until 4:00 or event evening games sucks in my opinion.
  25. Hey Girly Freak I didn't even say who I thought was the better of the two, I was disputing how this individual knew for a fact that he (Jackson) was in better shape, smarter, better receiver, etc., like he was a personal trainer, doctor, teacher, etc. of both of them-things that he in know way could know. Surprised that he didn't say he knew Jackson cooks a better lasagna too? Why do you put up stats that aren't even accurate, my memory of the games I watch as you so dumbly put it which included monday night's disaster, Jackson had a TD reception, your stats have him with "0" TDs. For your info, there hasn't been a game in over 10 years that I haven't seen, you probably can't say the same, and even if you can, you must not understand what you are watching. I never said anything was crap either, but I will now, your f*cking post was crap, why don't you read the post you are responding to before you empty your blowhole. The only thing accurate in your post is the opinion that Jackson might not hold up to the weekly wear and tear, as he is a finesse back compared to Lynch. Do your homework before you come to school little boy.
