  1. I think Captain Caveman is correct. The 3rd QB is called the Emergency QB for a reason. If he has to come in the game at all, the first two QBs cannot return. He doesn't count against that games roster limit.
  2. If I remember correctly, while Shaud Williams was on the roster, he did play quite a bit of special teams, and even more so, he never was on the team with so little experience ahead of him on the depth chart. He always had an established veteran (if not a Pro Bowler) ahead of him. Right now they have RB depth with what one or two starts (while Lynch was hurt) NFL starts among them. Not that I don't agree with your post, I just didn't agree with the other person telling the original poster to "Go B word About Something Else", when the post did indeed make more sense than alot of them on this board do.
  3. Edwards and Fitz aren't going to win it either, so what is the difference.
  4. I think you need to go elsewhere to express your anger at life in general. This guy has a very legitimate question. We only kept one mostly unproven back and one totally unproven back and that is it. Most any team, not just the good ones keep at least 3 backs and most 4. Between the management being fubar and Lynch being a thug, they are going to suffer for 3 games. Seems like maybe they would have kept Dominic Rhodes around for at least the first 3 games.
  5. I had the chance to meet Poz at camp both his rookie year and this year, and his neck has been bigger around than his head since he joined the Bills. This year, he is though, much bigger in his body. I would guess he put on at least 20 pounds of solid muscle and a couple pounds of hair during the off season.
  6. Courage my *SS! If they just found out that there was a problem, there are either in a coma or missed the second half of last season. Another too little too late by the floundering Bills FO.
  7. And had as many facial expressions as Jauron. Wish she was available.
  8. No I wouldn't be any happier if he stayed, I am just frustrated by the whole disfunctionality of this organization. He never should have been brought back to begin with. Now, what type of expectations are going to be placed on Van Pelt, who for quite a long time has been faithful to this organization. He has no chance to succeed with practically no time to prepare for the season now as the O-Coordinator.
  9. It is a question with only one answer, Ruben Brown and his what 7 or so straight Pro Bowls?
  10. Is this just another example of how screwed up this whole organization is? So we fire an Offensive Coordinator who shouldn't have even been brought back this year after last years disaster. We let him stay the entire preseason and install his No Huddle offense, and only his No Huddle Offense, no huddles all training camp and preseason. Now he is gone, we bring in a nice guy, probably a smart guy who has what one or two years as a QB Coach, and give him the offense with 8 days to prepare to play maybe the best team in the NFL? Are they going to try to put in a new offense with a little over a week to do it, or stay with the No Huddle that hasn't worked once in preseason? Either way it is bad, bad news for Bills faithful. This season is destined to be one of our worst, without a doubt. What is wrong with this organization? Over the last decade, they have made very few moves that have made much sense. Is there any hope for us and the Bills, or should we just stop routing for them and watch games as if we are watching "Two and a Half Men", just for the entertainment value? Does anyone at OBD have a clue?
  11. Maybe, but he has to wait, T.O. might want it first.
  12. So much for all the people on this board who tried to convince themselves and others that Pat Thomas was going to be the answer to replacing Ellison at linebacker. I enjoy it when I can say "I told you so"
  13. Yep! Same Jason Peters isn't it. Glad he is gone. We sucked with him and we can suck without him. Go Bills!
  14. They won't play together for the first 20% of the season either thanks to the thug we have at running back.
  15. And who is going to keep them off the wagon? They better be better at that than the Bill's Offensive Line is or anyone that wants to will be able to get back on the wagon.
  16. Maybe the Eagles will make it to the Superbowl, than lazy ass Peters will have a "real" excuse this year for not going to the Pro Bowl, since it is the weekend before the Super Bowl in Miami this year. Although if he does get selected, I am sure it will be because of his name and salary, not for his play on the field, just like last year.
  17. Replying to How is that Jason Peters trade looking now? Seeing how we didn't have any under contract, overrated, lazy players holding out of camp for a umpteenth year in a row, coupled with the fact that he is going to get McNabb killed, I would say it is looking pretty good as of now. Thanks for asking.
  18. Replying to How Far Have We Fallen? We haven't been very high for the last decade, so we couldn't have fallen very far.
  19. Everyone who says that wins and losses in the preseason are not important, are 100% correct. But the lackluster play, inability for the first team offense to do anything is important. The play this preseason and not the record or wins and losses should give all Bills fans a reason to be seriously concerned and brace themselves for another disappointing season.
  20. You beat me to it. Ha Ha
  21. That is kinda what it feels like watching the Bills offense the last few seasons.
  22. He might take them to see: Love Story (about T.O. and the clueless fans in Buffalo) Taps (will come early this year) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind From Hell Waking the Dead Lost in Translation House of a 1000 corpses The Devil's Rejects (O.K. I am a Rob Zombie fan) Under Seige But the obvious choice would have to be "Superbad"-could be the title of the book about the Bills of the past 10 years and the next 10 years to come.
  23. Replying to Who fires their OC a week before the season? I don't know who does, but I know who should-that team up in Western New York.
  24. Dont' bogart that joint my friend, we all need a little bit of what you are smoking!
  25. No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you mean that Prima Donna who practices under different circumstances than the rest of the team? The same guy who while his teammates were in Pittsburgh playing, he was in Dallas having dinner with Roy Williams? Do you mean the guy who we have only seen what 2 plays in 4 preseason games? Do you mean the guy who has a track record with 3 different clubs (4 if you count the Ravens), who he was a total disruption in the Locker Room and personnally tried to attack the quarterbacks? Do you mean the guy who stated "It is going to be more of a challenge to sell cereal than win games"? The obvious answer to all of these questions is yes, so the obvious answer to your questions is a resounding "NO!!!".
