Yep real big bucks and when they do throw to them, they both drop half of them, especially Owens. Maybe Josh Reed should play more, at least his hands work, and he catches almost anything anywhere near him, even if he is going to take a hit. It seems like Owens drops almost every easy pass his way, and Evans hears footsteps as soon as he steps on the field.

You didn't watch the game did you? Or you would be saying that the O Line sucked today as well, as did Handgartner and his snapping the bal, half the time it bounced to Edwards. Edwards was far from great, but he had a better game then the O Line, which played like all the experts thought they would this year, had.

They should have tried to go to him more, but I though T.O. could have made more of an effort to get his feet down towards the end of the game when his foot landed on white paint on the sideline.

Kinda similar to when Moulds consecutive game streak ended a few years back.

I kinda agree, at first I thought maybe it was from loss of personnel, but this season so far is the worst our special teams have looked in years, at least in the kicking game (returns and coverage).

Go away you are clueless. Trent didn't play that bad today considering he was under pressure the entire game, was picking every other snap up of the turn and a number of his passes were dropped again, which has become regular. Before you bench Trent, get rid of the whole left side of the Offensive Line, dump Derek Fine, Stupar, Parrish, trade Hangartner who couldn't even snap the ball today and oh yea, get new coaches too. Trent might have had one of the better games of anyone on the offensive side of the ball, and that isn't saying much for this game.

That announcing team of Pitts and Lynch may be the worst I have ever heard. They also stated once early on in the game that Edwards was from LSU? You can tell where the network place this game on a priority list, giving us those two.

That is a fact, the defense played thier asses off, until late in the 4th quarter when they were spent from being on the field all day. The offense for the most part was very disappointing today.

I have never been an Ellison hater as you put it, but I do think he is too small and is more suited as a backup than a full time starter. That position on the Bills defense could have and should have been upgraded during the off season. What he has accomplished, in my mind has made him an overachiever if anything, he looks like a boy among men out on the field on sundays.

I surely hope it does, but if you base it on two games, than moving up to get Poz was brilliant, since after his first two games, he was leading the team in tackles and calling defensive plays before he broke his arm. I don't have a clue where you got any of that out of my post? All I said was that Character has always been a huge factor for Marv Levy as both a coach and a GM, all the way back to college and the CFL (as you would find out in the book he wrote.) I never said Whitner was a steal or praised him as a #8, or however you want to put it, just that it might have had some impact on him drafting him. There are draft picks every year that turn out better than where they were drafted and that turn out to not live up to the slot they were drafted in, in fact that is probably more than norm, than hitting the nail right on the head with the draft. Read people's posts as they are and quit reading so much into them for $*&^'s sake.

Although, he must have known he was in his last season or based on his character issues, he wouldn't have drafted Marshawn Lynch. Maybe we can bring Marv back to run the off-season, since this past off season was a display in lack of character for quite a few Bills players and the several legal issues they encountered.

Probably won't have to worry about it since we lose two players a game to injury anyway.

Not so sure it is the returner as much as the new Wedge rules and the fact that each year, although the return man is still here, plenty of the key Special Teamers have left or been cut off of the team.

I think that would be great, then offer him less than they did this year. I don't see it happening though, it would be like going without a first round pick for a possible second year in a row. He won't fall down to the 5th round, no way, but top 3? His stock can't go up and he wasn't close to top 3 this year. I guess it will be late 1st round to early 3rd round. His attitude is going to scare alot of teams away, as will his inactivity this year. He might go to the Bengals, they are one of the only teams that seem to enjoy drafting head cases and then wonder why it doesn't work out for them.
