  1. Gonna have to be in the draft, with the joke this organization has become, no top of the line Pro Bowl veteran is going to wanna come here.
  2. Dude haven't you learned that doesn't work from watching Brandon at work?
  3. Thanks, you saved me from having to type the exact same thing.
  4. There aren't many teams that would need a receiver that have room for that contract under the salary cap, regardless of what problems he brings with him.
  5. Speaks mountains about our Front Office doesn't it? Brandon really needs to be the first to go, no coach can win with a bunch of below average players and a couple good ones.
  6. They were hot with those pink half shirts.
  7. The coaches heck, the coaches are there to get a team ready for a game (and I am not saying the Bills have been doing a good job of that either), but in this case, once the game starts it is the players' (who are getting millions $$) responsibility to keep their focus, heck do the coaches need to blow their noses for them too?
  8. Not sure there would be much of a market based on his flammable history, but you are correct about his play-he has dropped as many passes that have hit him in his hands, as he has actually caught.
  9. Any quarterback that has ever played would get hurt eventually behind our pathetic rotating offensive line. There has never been a line in Buffalo that has earned the name "Offensive" as much as this one has. Trent hasn't played great or close to it, in fact last weekend he was terrible with the rest of the offense and most of the rest of the team to for that matter, but over the first 4 games, he hasn't had much time to throw at all, which makes it impossible to sustain an downfield passing attack.
  10. Not sure about you or anyone else, but I am getting tired of starting over every 2 or 3 years for the last decade and a half. Feels like our wheels are just spinning in mud or some other excrement like stuff.
  11. Billy Joe Hobert looked good in Preseason, he was playing against players that got cut from the UFL.
  12. If they start Fitzpatrick, then that sends a clear message that they are packing in the season and starting from scratch (Not to mention it would look like they are playing for the #1 overall draft pick-Noodle Arm sucks). Anyone with at least one working eye and half a brain knows Fitz isn't the long term solution anywhere, so pulling Edwards, no matter how he has played, says "We gave up on him, we'll start over again in 2010."
  13. Good luck. Nobody but Buffalo wanted him when he was a free agent, so who would give anything up for him now, when they could have had him for nothing during the off season? Nobody wants to bring a cancer in a clubhouse of a winning team, and if it isn't a winning team (much like Buffalo), who wants to pay that salary for that drama? Nobody thats who.
  14. It was a stupid, penny pinching move to begin with. Not saying he is an elite tackle, but it was like selling your house with no other place to live, they had no backup plan. What other choice do they have but to bring him or some other veteran in, our line is pathetic, and is going to get whomever is back at QB killed. I and many others have been saying it, the FO dropped the ball on the O-Line months ago. So many people on this board were so excited about our young, no experience line after one game, which turned out to be against a Pats D-Line that has gotten really no pressure on QBs all year. People were glad they got rid of Walker but were complaining because they wouldn't throw the bank at Jason Peters, Walker actually played better in 2008 than Peters did, without a doubt.
  15. It was Edwards and the O-Lines fault, but either way, no matter how you slice it, there is no excuse for an offensive line to give up 8 sacks in one game.
  16. Those 3 teams have something in common besides all firing their Offensive Coordinators, they all suck now and all did before they changed OCs.
  17. I did see a play two weeks ago in the Pats game where the Pats D-Lineman batted a Matt Ryan ball to the ground and it bounced and rolled a couple times for about 4 or 5 yards, and someone on the defense picked it up and ran all the way, and the officials called it a TD. The Falcons coached had the red flag on the ground before the play ended and even the announcers were going on about how in the world the officials couldn't see that, since it was so obvious. Seemed like a little bias, but when they reviewed it, it was so obvious they had to choice but to reverse it.
  18. I agree, I think we had a coach older than that that took us to more than a few consecutive playoff appearances. The fact that Marty was one of the original Bills might give him a little more desire to come here too. One can only dream I guess, looking forward to another promotion from within, a washed up career losing head coach or another "up and coming" coordinator (i.e., Greg Williams, etc.). The knock on Marty has always been he can't win in the Playoffs, but heck, I don't remember what the playoffs are like, and would be happy for the time being just to be playing after week 17 for a change.
  19. Well said,if we are getting excited about Fitz, time to get a checkers team that we can cheer for.
  20. There is not one QB in your list that will do any better than Edwards has. They are either washed up, draft buts never were's or never will be's.
  21. Maybe he should sit with the fans, and he might see how messed up this team is. His box is too high up and maybe he can't see it clearly from there.
  22. Start Fitz and then by the 3rd quarter all of Bills Nation will be screaming to put Edwards back in because Noodle Arm Fitzpatrick is terrible.
  23. 1. The first pic with T.O. "Is there anybody in there?" 2. Second pic-"Look coach they said if I wore these pink gloves I could hold some boobies in my hands or something like that!"
  24. I didn't read into Thurman's statement that he wished Ralph Wilson die? He simply stated that until he passes, this team is going to remain the disaster that it is. There may be some, I didn't read them all, but I wouldn't think someone would say they wished he'd die? At least Thurman didn't.
  25. For the last several years this team hasn't been very good, but we have always been able to rely on a very good, if not the best Special Teams in the NFL. This year they really aren't any better than the rest of this disaster they call a team. Before yesterday, they had the most penalties of any STs in the NFL, averaging at least a fumble a game. Has Bobby April lost it too, along with everyone else? They show him on the sidelines this year, and he appears all frustrated, upset and maybe even losing control of his Special Teams.
