  1. i don't know which is worst, being pathetic from the get go like this year or starting with a bang last year only to crap to bed and destroy a whole lot of optimism like last season.
  2. Kinda like when we were beating the Jets last season in New Jersey with what less than a minute left and we had the ball, look how that turned out. So if you used that theory, Jauron coached us to a .500 season last year, or better if Lindell hadn't missed the FG against Cleveland.
  3. We were leading the division at this point last season if I remember correctly.
  4. It is dreaming because if you have been watching the Bills for years, you can say that throughout the season, every season. It is something most Bills fans have come to expect. If anyone says after Lindell missed the kick at the end of regulation yesterday then saw that the Jets were getting the ball, and didn't say to themselves the Jets were going to win-I will show you a liar. Dreaming is when you think of something happening that didn't and would be extremely out of the norm if it did.
  5. I saw that play during the games when they showed it, it was brutal. Even more of a potential for injury than a receiver going up for a ball, this guy signaled a fair catch, and assumed he didn't have to worry about getting hit at all.
  6. Heck yea! And if Parrish doesn't touch a punt he should have never been near, we might be in first all alone. If the Saints missed their flight to Buffalo, we might be playing for homefield throughout the playoffs! Nice to dream isn't it?
  7. My money is on Playing Dumb.
  8. I think the only way to go with it is rotate them until it is clear who is hot that given game and give them the majority of the carries. You are always going to wanna rotate them to a point though, keeping them both from being over used is critical. The team has more problems than this country's healthcare, but we are fortunate to have two excellent running backs. It is one of the few areas on this team where they don't need to improve drastically at.
  9. The thing that helped him and the Bills the most was Sanchez frequency of giving the ball back to the Bills.
  10. I am a lifelong Bills fan, and once they slowed it down it was obvious it was getting overturned. My heart was upset they overturned it, but my brain told it was the right call.
  11. The depth is ok, not great, actually our starters aren't great either. Could it be that the DBs are playing well because the opponents can run at will and rarely HAVE to pass?
  12. You must be a new Bills fan, those of us that have been around are numb to that stuff. Happens all the time in Bills Country.
  13. There is NO controversy, Edwards is the starter when he is healthy, end of discussion.
  14. It will have to be a generic roll or they will never make the deal.
  15. Are you under the influence of something or just retarded?
  16. They were facing a line that only had like 4 or 5 sacks all year and they lost their best Def Lineman halfway thru the game. At this point our line sucks, hopefully because of inexperience. Playing a soft Def Line and they still let our starting QB get mauled and knocked out of the game.
  17. Edwards is 1-8 in divisional starts. A good portion of people on this board are so predictable. So if Lindell misses the kick and the Jets won everyone would say you have to play Edwards. Because Lindell made the kick, alot of the people around here have a memory that can't go more than 24 hours in the past so they will want Fitz. Fitz is a decent backup, far from great at that, but he will never be a full time starter of any success.
  18. Gee, never would have guessed that this question would be posted? It is a no brainer, if Edwards is healthy he plays, no other option. They have to stay committed to him and find out if they want to resign him after this season or start over AGAIN.
  19. Dont get ahead of yourself. We got beat last week by a terrible team in Cleveland. The Jets deserve more credit for the Bill's win today than the Bills do, they gave the game to us with interceptions and penalties. Haven't seen a team give a game away like that since, oh yea, the Bills last week against Cleveland.
  20. Your right and add to that he has the strongest arm of the 3 which is a must in bad weather.
  21. I think of all the QBs in college, Clausen is going to be the best in the NFL, but I also think he is going to stay at ND for his senior year, they almost all do at that school.
  22. Shows how bad of a move it was, timing wise, but firing an offensive coordinator prior to the season opener is one of dumbest moves you can make. Those four teams before today's games were something like 1-24, our win over Tampa the only one, and that was over one of the other teams who mave this retarded move.
  23. If that his the case I hope we aren't paying him too much, two of the biggest mistakes personnel wise in Bills history.
  24. Could very well be, inactivate him before he hurts his trade value anymore than he already did last week.
  25. I appreciate your enthusiasm for a dismal product, but most people have a tolerance level, that has long been passed. I haven't heard "everybody" talk about trading Schobel and the other players you mentioned, and also have not heard "everyone" talking about the draft. In your post, you give more reasons not to continue to support them then the opposite. Read your own post, it is right before your eyes why so many have given up on this terrible season, the terrible team and this terrible organization from top to bottom.
