We are the only team not to make the playoffs this century that have been around for the whole century. I think the only other team that hasn't is the Texans and they haven't been around since the turn of the century. We were tied with the Cardinals for the longest non playoff run, they obviously dropped out of the "Armpit of the NFL" running last season.

The saddest part of all of it is, if they played today, most of those teams would be the Bills. I guess they feel that Bills fans are so used to it, they aren't embarrassed by it anymore.

Please, they were just as terrible when he took over, if not more so. Donahoe screwed this organization up more than Levy ever could have. What was done so great before Levy signed on as GM since the turn of the decade? What has happened so great since he left the GM post? Nothing. What are you going to do next? Center is getting attention for all the wrong reasons in Buffalo this season. Hangartner is either out of position or was a major waste of money signing him as a free agent. He has trouble getting the ball to the QB on shotgun, is blocking is below average and has been called for way too many false starts for a center. In a perfect world, he would hang around next year as a backup, just like he was in Carolina, that seems to be the best fit for him, he isn't NFL starting material.

He signed with the Raiders, but the Bills probably should have signed him just do Edwards isn't permanently disabled from this horrific line we have here.

So if the Bills trade Owens, can the city of Buffalo get the key back they gave him? Maybe he can take all of those thousands of fans that just thought his acquistion was the greatest move that the team could make with him where ever he might go. Those fans that just knew him coming here was the final piece to the puzzle that would take us over the top, while criticizing those of us that said from the beginning it was a bad move and wouldn't work. I would say 35 of 50 years have been pretty much horrific. The decade of the 90's was amazing, a couple years in the AFL and a couple years under Knox during the "Talking Proud" era, otherwise it has been pathetic. I know it is easier to remember the few good years, but realize that this organization for it's history is about 40 games under .500.
