  1. If you read 100 other posts on here, Fitzpatrick is a lock to start for the AFC. What with him averaging around 119 yards a game and a 45% completion rate, there is no other choice.
  2. In the NFL every team doesn't have to send one player that is in baseball. There have been a few teams that didn't have a single player over the past few seasons.
  3. Losman didn't really even play only a few plays his rookie season, he sat behind Bledsoe his rookie year. I remember he got in at the end of a game, maybe against Miami and looked completely overwhelmed, which isn't unusual for a rookie QB.
  4. Coupled with the fact that he has missed a game or two at least. Comes out to about a sack a game, not good.
  5. Senator just has some kind of hatred for Edwards, maybe because he so much better looking than the Senator.
  6. As really sad as it is, it kinda shows what shape this team is in, but J.P. Losman couldn't possible do any worse than Edwards or Noodle Arm have. He does have a cannon for an arm, he just needs some wires connected in his head.
  7. I say call David Klingler or Billy Joe Hobert, he as had a few years to learn the playbook this time.
  8. Now that you filled us in on those facts, coupled with the fact that he is from the same school as J.P. was, we HAVE to sign him!
  9. So what you are saying is you are not a Bills fan, you are a quarterback/Fitzpatrick fan? I cheer for the Bills, and whomever is behind center, and when I do have an opinion, it is whatever would be best for the team, not because I liked one guy when he got here so I have to cheer for him to succeed and anyone else to fail. Neither of the quarterbacks have done anything to be all excited about, but Edwards is the starter and will stay the starter until at least the end of the year. What he does between now and the end of the season will determine what role if any he plays in Buffalo next season.
  10. Fitz is 2-0 (not really he didn't start against New York) not because it had anything to do with his play but because the terrible QBs they played against gave up 9 gift interceptions in just two games. If you get 9 ints in two games and don't win the games, nobody on the field deserves their paychecks. To give Fitz more than a sliver of credit for either of those wins is moronic and shows a real lack of football knowledge and bandwagon tendencies that would qualify one to be a Steelers or Cowboys fan.
  11. You got that right, what a huge Moron. You gotta like idiots who make posts just to try to stir up anger, even when they don't believe it themselves. The dumbass that started this posts should be banned.
  12. Maybe the Bills FO wasn't as impressed with Fitz as alot of easily excited Bills fans. Pretty bad if they reach for Ramsey though.
  13. Dude, he has one win as a starter, a win in which the offense including Fitz did nothing. I don't know of any Bill's fan that is hoping he fails, just realist who know there is a starter in Buffalo right now, and it is Edwards. Not a discussion for anyone with a clue. I am not even a Edwards fan really, it is just obvious, that they have to find out if he is the future or not.
  14. Actually he wanted to throw to his WRs more, but he was running for his life on most plays. Kinda hard to let a play develop when you are getting drilled into the turf on every other play. Alot more goes into a long downfield pass than the QB and WR, it takes blocking up front too.
  15. Yes you are a little too optimistic. Let's win a game where the offense contributes first against a decent team, and we don't win because their QB is color blind and completes as many to our team as theirs. I know a win is a win, but in our last two wins, for the most part the offense was invisible, we won on turnovers.
  16. I haven't seen him say anything to any teammate either after a good play. All you see is him scream and flex his muscles when he actually holds on to a ball (which is rare).
  17. You either are pushing for Ron Jaworski's job at ESPN or you need a life. Seriously, Fitz was pressured on 14 of 24 offensive plays where he dropped back, that is why the whole offensive line is scrutinized, coupled with the fact that they have given up the second most sacks in the NFL and he plays the most important position on the line.
  18. I think the only one that has a clear chance is Stroud. Maybe Moorman or Schobel if someone backs out like the way Lynch got in last year.
  19. No but being diabetic myself, they can bring your blood sugar up, which is a more common need if you are taking any type of medicine to lower your blood sugar, and burning energy like a football player does.
  20. I remember that game, I think he had been throwing up (kinda like he made Bills fans do eventually), and needed something in his stomach to have some energy to play, and it worked. Did he get fined for that?
  21. I can't believe the big deal that the media makes out of insignificant things like a player eating a freaking hot dog on the sidelines. You have players killing people with their vehicles, running people over, doing drugs, loaded guns in trunks of vehicles, getting in fights at nightclubs, beating wives/girlfriends, etc. and this is all they have to make an issue about? Those guys are seriously overpaid.
  22. Don't look at just the quarterbacks, look at the whole team. I agree, they needed to draft for size and strength, they already have a stable of smaller, lighter, faster receivers running all over the place.
  23. Too early to compare these two. They are two different types of players, coupled with Hardy's injury, this is one that you can't throw at the FO's face just yet. Even without an injury, it normally takes WRs longer to adjust to the NFL than other positions. Plus, Hardy hasn't spiked the ball before he got to into the endzone yet either.
  24. At least they won't have to spend very long watching the highlight reel to make their decision.
  25. He has been liked in almost every locker room he has been in, his big mouth aside, he also usually led the NFL in dropped passes almost every year, and this year is no different, maybe even worse.
