I understand from some good sources that team morale had been low for a while, and one of the major reasons was a lack of confidence in the offensive scheme. Team morale has been related to me as worse than at any time in the last decade.

I was convinced after the hall of fame game that he is an NFL linebacker. He has all the physical tools, good instrincts, sheds blocks, tackles well and appears to play with intensity so far.

Martyball is perfect for our personnel. We have flexible tight ends, running backs that can catch, posession recievers, and a quarterback that can distibute the ball.

I think all of our defensive ends are better than Denney or Kelsay as right ends. Both of them have an astonishing capacity to misdiagnose plays. They are good tacklers and pretty good against the run, but worse than mediocre in every other respect.

Like a couple years ago, when the Giants ended the game by running on us 13 times in a row, 6 of them inside the ten yard lane, and Jauron only went to a bigger defense for the last two runs. Well, that was more bend over and get broken.

Who else can picture them watching the sunset in two training tubs? Beyond that, I was relatively satisfied with their play, considering how early it is. They looked good on basic pitches, but confused on anything more complicated. I realize this issue has been thoroughly discussed elsewhere.
