Interesting thought on kicking Glenn to guard. I don't share your opinion that guard is one of the easiest positions to replace in the NFL. Remember Touton Reyes and Cornell Green? And why would TN dole out nearly 8 million to a player for a position that's easy to replace?
Add O-line to QB, WR, LB, and CB needs. The 2013 Bills may be the worst team in Buffalo since Gregg Williams came in and that was pretty painful at 3-13.
Are you serious? Smith and White were once in a generation players. Williams will never be in that company. Coaching like draft picks is so over-rated it's ridiculous.
Given the choice of Fitzpatrick versus T. Jackson and an unknown QB yet to be selected in the draft, I'd take Fitzpatrick. To say this is addition by subtraction at this point makes absolutely no sense to me.
Zero suprise. When the Bills made no effort to sign him the past couple of weeks the writing was on the wall. We lost a dependable and good but not great player. Can't blame the kid. He'll get paid and go to a team that has a chance to win. Byrd would have done the same if not franchised.
This from the GM who signed him to a huge extension just last year. The Bills are going nowhere with him as GM. He should have been fired two seasons ago. He's done nothing but fleece Ralph Wilson's wallet.
