I agree. The line was decent except for center. I truly hoped the Bills would go after Matt Birk but nothing happened. Peters-Dockery-Birk-Butler-Walker would have been nice to start the year. But what do I know compared to the professionals at OBD.

Something is very, very wrong with the offense. Horrible offensive line and QB play aside, how can two very good receivers in Evans and Owens disappear for quarters on end? Now all of a sudden they can't get open? Please. Schonert complained that Jauron was on his case to simplify and tone down the offense prompting the pop warner comment. Well he was right! Jauron has his pop warner dink and dunk offense. And it blows. It's just so depressing knowing the season is over after 4 games. And even more depressing turning to next year's draft.

Isn't it becoming obvious Edwards is not capable of effectively throwing downfield. He's a 5-15 yard check down passer and actually does it well. If he's forced to go deeper he's going to get picked off. The guy's doing what he can. And he gives a much better chance of winning than JP did by the way. He's not Jim Kelly guys. Face it.
