With the exception of Orakpo, who Mayock admited we prolly wont have a shot at, none of the players mentioned in the article are worth the 11th pick. In fact, guys like Cushing will be had in the early 2nd. Its all smoke and mirrors at this point. BPA @ 11 would put us in the area of guys like Curry, Maclin, Raji, Crabtree and Harvin.

At this point there isnt a player on the team that I would label exempt from a trade should the right opportunity present itself. RBs a easy to come by We could trade Leodis and still have a shot at Vontae Davis or Jenkins. Trade trent, why not/ he isnt a Ryan,Flacco or Big Ben so why not?

I think it comes from the slow realization that they now have only themselves to blame for incompitence, poor decisions, and greed. McGee could definatley be the bait to pry Kellen Winslow from the Browns. They desperatly need c starting CB, We need a TE. From a cost standpoint, his salary could free up enough to pay Winslow and help pay for a big name DE.

IF we go WR at 11, which I think we should, I say pick either Maclin or preferably, DHB.

I wholeheartedly agree that a dynamic playmaker is needed @ WR oposite Evans. Until Hardy develops, which I hope he does, we need a wr like DHB, Maclin or even Harvin. All of them have great upsides and can rely on their tremendous althletic gifts until they can hone their skills @ WR( much like D.Jackson) I think Maclin has a chance to go higher than Crabtree. His ability as a returner will offset his "rawness" and appeal to many teams. His speed is extraordinary, and his RAC skills are top flight, and he has the size to go across the middle. I think Harvin will be a dynamic player as well nut he will be limited by his size. DHB, appears to be the total package, arguably the most althetically gifted WR this year, he has a great frame,( another 15lbs are possible with little or no loss in the speed department) Great height(as I stated earlier, heights and weights are subjective till the combine) and plays with a nastyness you want in todays WR. Lets not forget that even if he isnt 6'3", a sub 4.3 forty and verticle of 40 inches is to say the least, intriguing. Crabtree/DHB @ 11. A decent FA center and a prospect to groom, Resign Crowell, A healthy Schoeble and someone(anyone!!!) not named denny/kelsay on the other side. A trade like Winslow(the browns need a CB and we are DEEEEEEP @ CB...Youboty and a 4th?...anyone?) to make a legit recieving TE. A legit backup QB (J.P.Wilson?) and a RG. That would put the fate of the 2009 seadon soley in Dick's hands. Alot of holes left to fill, damn you Taylor Mays.

Maybin needs to add bulk to excell at the next level. I hope everyone realizes that heights and weights are subjective until the combime. Remember when Deshawn Jackson was 6'1? when James Hardy was 6'7"? I have read plenty of articles that say Maybin is closer to 230-240 range. However, if DHB is as advertised, 6'3", 205(seen alot of reads that confirm) we should target him and get an LB later on. DHB could be the playmaker we need to open this offense up.

the only thing dumber than taking pettigrew @ 11 would be to draft Alex Mack at 11. I was toying with the idea of Gresham @ 11 but he is smartly staying in school( with the exception of RB's, I personally think all players should play out the senior year). Alex Mack will go late 1st early 2nd. This is too big of a reach. Trade Down? to who and for what? I have studied the last 3 drafts and havent seen much trading down out if the top 15. There is too much talent available for the scouts to say "f-it!! trade down." 'specially with all the holes we have. For what it's worth, Kiper is a retard. He is wrong every year. I would expect him to have us passing on thge best DE in the draft for a tight end. thats how retards think. I think we keep crowell. I think we try to get a high profile TE via trade ( prayin for Kellen Winslow Jr. for our 4th and Youboty) Center wont be addressed in the draft or FA. They like Duke. why i dont understand. DHB is gonna turn some heads at at the combine and in workouts. Look for us to draft offense. Just a hunch.

Ohcrapo would be nice. I'd scream if we got Pettigrew, and why the hell would we get munroe if we have Peters?(he's the best LT in the league, numbers dont lie....sarcasm) I am on the DHB train now. We can get a cetner in the 3rd(where they belong) and a TE in the 2nd. lets get a big, tremendously fast WR with an unbelivable verticle leap to finally fill the hole at WR.
