  1. so you mean we wont bring in Peppers or Houshmanzadah or Haynesworth or Suggs or Boldin or Owen Daniels?! your harsh reality has ruined my day!!! YOU HAVE A PROFOUND GRASP OF THE OBVIOUS.
  2. Great mock. now go have sex with your sister.
  3. We will spend big money on 2nd teir FA's and Chris Brown will make us all think they are the next great thing. Another perfect sh*tstorm brought to you by Ralph. We build thru the draft. not FA.
  4. a wise man once said, " you can please ALL of the people some of the time, and SOME of the people all of the time". You could prolly swap Johnson for Jeria Perry. find a safety that is better than Bryan Scott in the 4th, and get a UDFA QB like Drew Willy. I would take a McGee for Winslow Jr. trade all day long.
  5. yes he would. Its one of those deals that makes so much sense, we wont do it. Draft picks are commodities I think a swap of 11 for 31, and a later round pick might do it.
  6. Pretty harsh guys, he was a rookie. geesh. He was a "project" when we drafted him. It was idiot bloggers who pegged him as a day 0ne starter- not the coaching staff. Stevie Johnson is the next Anquan Boldin. only with better RAC.
  7. 1. Brian Cushing. With no DE's that fit the 4-3, Cushing is the pick. I doubt many will complain. 2. Michael Johnson. A gift, Needs work, nasty pass rusher. 3. Travis Beckum. this guy has dropped off alot of people's radars. but not mine. We so badly need a TE that can make something happen AFTER he catched the ball. 4. John Parker Wilson. Hamdan sux. worse than JP, which scares me. 5. A.Q. Shipley. Preston and Fowler , you are on notice. get better or get out!! 6.Robert B. Conelly. we need a gaurd that can pull. not just be slow, fat and space consuming 7.Alex Field (DE, U of Virginia) needs a lot of work, converted TE, awesome athelete. other musings..... I think we trade Parrish. I would love to see us re-sign Greer and try to deal McGee( whom we will lose to FA next year) for a standout TE. A great pass rush isnt dependant on the DE's. I think with Cushing blitzing ala Kawika Mitchell style( up the gut fast as hell) and a healthy Schoble plus Michael Johnson( I truly beleive he drops to the 2nd) our pass rush woes may be over. Peters holds out again, this time, the coaching staff really turns on him, locker room rift, bridges burnt, Peters traded before deadline. God help us, Demetrius Bell.
  8. should have drafted him last year instead of Hardy. I dont care if he can rap or what he raps about. We dropped the ball here.
  9. he lost me when he compared Crabtree to Calvin Johnson.
  10. Anyone catch "the wiggles?" thaT CRAP SCARES ME!!!!
  11. swap pick 11 for pick 31, give em next year's 1st. He's a friggin monster. the way trent throws, he'd be his no.1 target before TC was over. Get him here!!!
  12. I think unless Orakpo is an OLB first and a DE 2nd. Much like Vernon Gholston last year. Maybin, and Brown are OLBs only at the NFL level. Johnson and Jackson are the only DE's that can play our antiquated 4-3 system. With Johnson having the higher upside and Jackson being the run stopper. SO yes, for the bills, a DE other than Michael Johnson @ 11 is a bad idea. Draft Cushing.
  13. Trent seems like a Smart guy, willing to work hard and is definatley paying attention. The poster'a analysis of the interveiw is way of based.
  14. 20 years brfore we are invaded by the chinese. we will owe them so much much money by then, that we cant repay, they will take us over.
  15. BIg deal. the decriminalization of marijuana is lightyears behind its social acceptance. who gives a sh--? really. The guy has trained like a machine for years, let him party.
  16. 85/mo year round. budget plan. WNY/ 900sq.ft. duplex.
  17. Maybin reminds me of Gholston. Everyone says he'd be better off staying in school another year, but can a team like us use his "rawness" and make him nto a big, pass rushing LB? @ 6'3 236lbs, he's no big enough to be an every down DE, but is perfect fit for OLB. worth a shot or pass?
  18. of the defensive ends not named Orakpo, Johnson is my fave. I like his size, speed and althletic ability.
  19. I think a ROOKIE Defensive End is the the key to a rapid turnaround in our sack totals. Typically, a rookie Defensive End( believe it or not the 2nd or 3rd best DE in a draft class is the one who steps right in and performs) can make a huge impact his 1st year. Greater production can be expected when the top end of the draft class is mostly OLB/DE tweeners that are better suited for the 3-4 alignment. We are so in luck this year!!!!!
  20. I dont think he has any bussiness in the HOF. I still think his is the number one problem with this team.
