  1. Past hour
  2. Why haven’t you started a thread about it? We can discuss it without getting bogged down in the usual bs that outrages you minute by minute.
  3. The dolphins are going to play us tough. Their backs are against the wall and jobs are on the line. We should be able do handle these guys but I’m not going to assume blowouts here. It’s the NFL. Not college football. You still have to play well or you can get beat by anyone. Got to pick up where we left off and keep playing defense
  4. I do agree here, you can say whatever you want without getting arrested. That doesn't mean people won't fire you though.
  5. my "LOOK' was the smack upside the head. That lady had it just right too. Forehead lifted eyebrows UP DIRECT GAZE chin down in my case LOL I didn't have to say a word.
  6. Agreed. A more effective run game and stronger commitment to it is putting Josh in fewer situations to give the ball away. Less passing plays and more manageable 2nd and 3rd downs means fewer chances for Josh to be more risky and turn the ball over.
  7. Definitely not advocating for counting them out but I don’t think either of those receivers will be 100% this year after returning. Sounds like worthy will have to play in a brace which is pretty tough. Not sure when he’ll be able to take it off. the chargers rematch is such a massive game for them…if they lose that one they’ve gotta make up 4 games the rest of the schedule somehow. Even if they turn it around that’ll be a tall order
  8. I'm bringing my cast-iron two-basket propane-fueled deep fryer, with an assortment of fresh fish cuts and my award-winning beer batter. Homemade tarter sauce. We have a smoker too, which will be filled with the same cuts of fish. I'll be doing regular size and slider size for samples. If you can smell it...Come get some!!
  9. Wasn't there an epic fail flea flicker or something that ended in a pic and turned the game the other way?
  10. It really is an amazing atmosphere for a game. Especially a night game. It's such a surreal feeling. I know you have been to other stadiums, but when you head to your seats and go from the concourse to the tunnel and see, in person, the big Buffalo emblem at midfield, it truly is breathtaking. Enjoy every minute of it!
  11. In some instances, yes. Why is that such an outrageous take?
  12. I can't get past the word VARIEGATED. I have never even seen that word before, certainly not used in public discourse. I had to look it up. Now I have to practice using it in a sentence: "George Soros is funding his own VARIEGATED REVOLUTION in the USA, just as he has done in many other nations." It doesn't roll right off the tongue but it's interesting.
  13. high school kid are going to be attacked for their beliefs? wtf?
  14. RIP A great talent got to choose some great roles.
  15. The commies have long figured out what silence means to them. Silence is violence. Also words they don't like are violence. Therefore anything other than full throated lockstep support for the leftist agenda is worthy of a violent response.
  16. This side has been awfully quiet since it came out that the kid who shot up the high school in Colorado the same day as Kirk was a white supremacist.
  17. Me! Not leaving Amherst til about 5 PM, hoping we make it to our parking spot by gametime… lol
  18. I still can't believe they lost after taking a 37-34 lead with 25 seconds left in the game. But after 13 seconds I guess anything is possible. It also didn't hurt Dallas that they have a kicker who can probably make a 70-yard FG. That 64 yarder he made would have been good from 70.
  19. I think Josh lays down 30 in the first half giving us a 30 - 0 lead and Mitchy Trubinski plays most if not all of the second half. Fins get some garbage time points in the fourth. Final score Bills - 37 Fins - 10
  20. First Amendment Right to say what? Can you clarify what they're talking about? And why are you hearkening back to Obama? What if "Biden" had said it? Or does this mean you're conceding that Biden wasn't all there and it doesn't matter what he said?
  21. I think the lack of practice has eroded the beginning of the season. I think the first two weeks of the regular season are almost teams shaking off rust and getting into form. Except the games count. Less off-season and camp practices plus one less pre-season game leads to sloppier starts to the season. But by week 3 I think teams with 2 games under their belts are sharp and the impacts of less practice fade. Teams in the 2000's were so beat up by mid-season they basically didn't practice much.
  22. As others have said the day before prep is the worst part. The prep I had involved drinking that God-awful MoviePrep. My approach was to mix with cold water and then just chug-a-lug it as quickly as possible so I limited the foul taste in my mouth. I've heard there are also pills you can take. When my wife did it she headed to the bathroom within minutes of drinking the prep, for me it took awhile - maybe a half hour or hour. In my case once it started I was in the bathroom for quite a long time. I set up my laptop ahead of time and watched a football game to 'pass' the time along with everything else.
  23. I've done it twice. It's due again. It sucks! The first one, had to fast a 1 1/2 days before, minus the clear broth I was allowed. The toilet breaks start slowing and grow to a deafening crescendo the night before the procedure. That's my take.
  24. My brother's kids go to public school in California. They are WELL AWARE (and have been for years) that they must never express a political opinion in a public setting or at school. What's sort of interesting to me is the next logical step in this. It's obvious most Libnuts feel free to spew whatever offensive political beliefs they want on social media. (as an example what I say here in this overtly POLITICAL forum would certainly offend people in a social setting, so I don't say it there) Because in my opinion social media forums and social settings are not the place for political debate. But I see plenty of Libnuts spewing. Last Christmas I even had an old college friend SPEWING political crap in their freaking Christmas newsletter. Funny, but pathetic too. He had been sort of trending this way a bit since the start of Covid, and then all the spew just could not be held back after Trump's second election victory, I guess. Does he think everyone on his newsletter list agrees with him? Does he not care? Does he think a Christmas newsletter is a great place to win people over to your side? Beats me! I have a lot of liberal friends but most of them are pretty good at not spewing in person, just an occasional remark. But it's getting crazy out there. Oh, I forgot to mention "the next logical step." I think Libnuts are going to figure out (if they have not already) that those in their social circle NOT expressing any political opinion are SECRETLY conservative. Just being silent or neutral on political topics probably points in that direction. That is why I will need to buy Rainbow Gear at Target, for my personal safety from the Tolerant Left.
