The Bills knew, or should have known, that JD's knee might not fully recover. So how many LBs did they draft? Half of one (Harris) . How many did they sign? Again, half of one (Thomas). Who is the backup MLB? Who is the starting WLB? It's not even worth it to ask "why" anymore with this organization. It's like they have half a plan. I go to WWW.BUFFALORUMBLINGS.com mostly now. Real intelligent Bills talk, without the personal comments. Basically people just trying to share thoughts and they all really love the Bills. You won't get called gay, an idiot, a liar, or anything else there. Just real pro's, the staffers are very knowledgeable. This site has really turned into a joke. Honestly, TSW is great and the Mods here are fair and in my opinion give the proper amount of space to let us settle things amongst ourselves, normally it works, sometimes it doesn't, but thanks for the good tip on BUFFALORUMBLINGS. It was a tough break for a valued player on the roster. Here’s what I think will happen. First, DiGiorgio, unless he is claimed by another club during his 24-hour waiver period, is still under contract with the Bills. By listing him as failed physical it’s likely that the Bills will transition him from the active roster to Reserve PUP, provided he clears waivers. Reserve PUP is different than active PUP, which is what Hardy and Hawthorne are on. Active PUP means as soon as you are healthy enough to be medically cleared to practice you can be added to the active roster immediately. Reserve PUP means you may never return to the roster that season. But provided he is not claimed by another NFL club he will still be under contract with Buffalo.
