The Bears are deciding between him and Hood, and now the Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting that the Browns are close to signing Hood. Not going to happen, methinks. Why do I get the sense you're the kind of guy who buys the first car he looks at. IMO, Pisa's decision is not about 'truly wanting to be a Bill.'
