By the way, it'll be interesting how well he plays when no longer surrounded by an elite defense. As I've said before, he reminds me a lot of Mark Kelso. Fewell733 Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 I called this the day Ryan went to the Jets. People, he isn't a good fit in our defense and he was barely a decent player for us. If we ran a blitz heavy 3-4/4-3 flex where the safety has a specific job to do and not a lot of field to cover he's great. That's not what we do at all.
