Especially if you add that we got Bennett out of the 87 draft. 1987 might have netted more players but you can't deny the impact that Smith and Reed netted. They were two franchise players which don't think would have gone to the 4 Super Bowls without. The 1987 draft was not great....Bennet was done in a trade that virtually stole from the 1988 and 1989 drafts....you do not include Bennet as part of the 1987 draft......even tho he was from that class....
