it is either in molecular biology or biochemistry - I don't remember. He will be working for the USDA.

 

A general Chemistry or Biology Lab manual would be fairly appropriate, seeing how 95% of the PhDs I've met outside academia couldn't prep mobile phase of 100% dH2O...

I used to get all of my buddies a year subscription to PlayGirl for house warmings, graduations, etc...Good times.
