Justin Smith- The guy is a stud and not highly touted. Think schobelesque in the pass rush but is pretty good against the run, also. He is the best d-lineman on Detroit with Shaun Rogers out. (he also is HUGE 6-4 290) I think that he would be a fairly cheap commodity for the Bills. http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/players/playerpage/396068 3. DeWayne White- He is a solid, high character defensive end. I think he could be sign cheap, too. http://cbs.sportsline.com/nfl/players/playerpage/396122 DT 1. Ron Edwards- Maybe he could pull a peerless price and come back to the team that drafted him. Derrick Dockery- A young guard that would make us forget about Chris Villarial instantly. Drew Bennett- He is a big reciever (6-5) and would be a very good #2 reciever alongside Evans. Justin Smith is hardly a "stud". He is like Schobel in that he shows flashes of something special, but it happens far less frequently. Watching him week after week, he's one of those guys that you forget is on the field most of the time. As pointed out, he was a top 5 pick. Justin Smith is having a good, solid season. A few numbers:: Smith, total tackles, solo, assists, sacks 56 33 24 6.5 Here are some others Peppers 47, 39 8 11 Seymour 31, 17 14 4 Schoebel 32, 23 9 8.5 Denny 34, 24 10 7 Kelsay 42, 28 14 5. With that good number of assists, he's getting to where the ball is. IMO, he does get good pass pressure, and plays a complete game. We were SHOCKED in columbia when he was taken fourth overall (way to high IMHO). He's a good but not great player who would cost more and not be that big of an upgrade over Kelsey/Denney. Just that he is a very decent DE, and one that minds the run. I'd be a bit surprised if the B'gals re-sign him; he has some name recognition and that can translate into big bucks.
