Kelly the Dog
When are we allowed to add practice squad players? What is the process for clearing waivers? 759763[/snapback] I believe that it is 24 hours before you can actually sign players, like the waiver rule. But agents and teams immediately start calling each other and making offers and agreements. Some PS players get small bonuses to sign, like 10, 20, 30K I think.
