if the bills o-line plays anywhere close to above average and the bills at least finish 8-8 do you think we should still take o-lineman in within the first three rounds next year? this group has solid potential and has improved each week. i think reyes was a real steal. he might be better than advertised.

sorry guys for being so inmature about the whole willis thing, i just get so bored at work and get a great laugh when you guys make so many funny comments. i never meant to seriously offend anyone and i was just being sarcastic because this is all it seems we ever talk about is how will willis save the franchise!

i just want to desperateley get back in the playoff race

go bills!!

willis doesnt need an o-line to run for 2000 yards.

Willis. Please. The guy can't outrun his own teardrops. He's a fraction of the guy he was at Miami.

He's also a fraction of the guy he was last year. If today Willis=1, then Miami Willis=9/10, and 2005 Willis=12/10.

If I answer you, are you going to insult my mother?

Agree with him or in no time he'll send you a PM like the one he sent me.

To wit...

i cant have a reasonable opinon of you when it comes to football because obviously u dont recognize talent when you see it!!!!!!!

i dont have to wack off, your mother does it for me!

But he has apologized now to everyone now. He's a reformed dude. Unfortunately he's a reformed dude who has a mancrush on a running back whose lack of speed, desire, and heart will, in my estimation, cost this team a few games. I'm not sure of his fascination with McGahee because if you saw him vs. Cleveland, he was basically worthless.

My major complaint withMcGahee is the way he just gives up on some runs. Has he EVER reversed against the flow of the defense? He had such a run against the Browns, and when they seemingly hemmed him in....down he goes! It sometimes looks like he was shot!! If his "burst" is indeed back, then outrun the "D" to the corner Willis and CREATE a big play.

Even if Peters becomes a probowler & Reyes, Fowler, Gandy & Preston become very good, I'd still want us to use at least a 3rd round pick on the OLine. Our depth is not good....weakest unit depthwise on the team.

I'm starting to think the rest of you guys are to blame for RJOSEPHs blow-up in his WM threads. He asks a question here about the OLINE & everyone seems intent on saying how bad(or good) WM is.

LABillz....What's with the obssesive anti-Willis posts? Did he steal your carpark or something? I hope you're not going to do a 'Haha Told you so' thread if you are proven right this season like Lv-Bills did with Nance.

I hope we never use a first round pick to draft a guard. That is horrible

Ruben Brown says hi. So do Jim Ritcher and Joe DeLamielleure.

Betcha can't guess what those three players have in common...

I think it's horrible draft strategy to take a guard over best player available especially in the 1st rd. Tackles I can understand. It's a premier position especially with the emphasis today on pass rushers. Guards I wouldn't understand at all. I dont care how good of a guard you are odds are theres someone at another position who's a more prominent player. Guards can be had in later rounds or free agency. Im also a much bigger believer in dline over oline drafting.

I don't agree as fervently as you posted...there are always exeptions IMO,

but I agree with your concepts, esp. DL over OL in drafting.

I'm not sure if people realize but over the last 6 drafts, we have drafted DL quite high, quite regularly.

3rd round x2

2nd round x3

1st round x1

Davin Joseph was by far the best guard in the draft. The Bucs are a solid team with the O-line the only area in need of an upgrade. The Bucs did not have any tackle on board as a first rounder after D'Brick. I think Jon Gruden knows a little more than you. You would take a tackle who is not worthy of a first round pick ( Mike Williams), or another player at another position the Bucs don't need and let him sit on the bench, rather than upgrading your O-line? If you watched the Bills at all last year you should know how important the interior of the line is. I guess you are a TD fan ( lets build the O-line with castoffs, 6th round picks, and overrated fat slobs). That works real well. :P
