Sean haters...if the Bills win the Super Bowl this year, you will...

  1. 1. What will Sean haters do if the Bills win the Super Bowl?

    • Happily eat crow. Many servings. Won't say another bad word about him. All I needed was one SB win in my lifetime. He can stay here forever.

    • Be just as happy as everyone else. But still hold the belief that his philosophy and decision making has prevented Josh from winning more rings.

    • I'm so jaded by :13 (etc) that I will be happy but it won't be the same elation as if we won it in 2020 or 2021.

There is almost zero chance of a prolonged playoff drought with Josh Allen.

The Sabres are completely different. I'm sick of retyping this in every coaching discussion thread. Pegula handles the Sabres and their hirings much, much differently than the Bills. He's way more involved and meddling with the Sabres, he considers himself a "hockey guy". He bought the Sabres as his retirement hobby. At Penn State it's the hockey arena named after him, not the football stadium.

He knows he's in over his head in the NFL and with football. He relied on an outside consulting firm to help find McDermott (a name no one here was discussing in December 2016).

Sabres hirings have nothing to do with Bills hirings.

You've gone from Gambler's Fallacy to False Equivalency.

Beane and McDermott aren't getting fired anytime soon but if the Bills job did become available then there would be a lot of interest. It is a very attractive job with the franchise QB already in place. The Sabres job isn't an attractive one at the moment. They have been run like a clown show for a long time now.

I appreciate your opinion but it's all conjecture about what Terry does or doesn't do. People certainly have opinions, often contradictory. "He's too involved!" "He's an absentee owner!"

I’ll happily eat crow … whatever that means …because no actual eating appears to be involved looking at the people here that say this

It's mainly #1 for me, and I have posted as such numerous times here. Win 1 SB and he gets a statue, lifetime contract, and carte blanche as far as I'm concerned. But now that YOU mention it, there will probably be a little bit of #2 in the back of my mind as well.

came here to find your answer.  i start at #2 and probably closer to 2.5.

Better coaching decisions could have changed some outcomes 2020-2021 to get some wins. maybe that home field advantage was on the table or just a few home games in the playoffs.

the warts on the frog are too big to simply overlook for me at this point and he would always be exactly what he is even if he wins it.

he seems like a great guy and a really good coach. problem is, i don't give a shiz who he is...i just want a great coach.

I'm just surprised that out of all the personal attacks today, no one capitalized on me saying "there will probably be a little bit of #2 in the back of my mind" and called me "***** for brains"
