Bangarang Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago It's Beane and it's not even close. He assembled a mediocre roster, gave our franchise QB little to no help and has ruined our salary cap flexibility with bloated contracts for mediocre players. 2 1 Quote
Kirby Jackson Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago This poll feels like the rare time that there’s a “right” answer. It’s Beane. The roster isn’t good enough. If we are looking at “why did they lose ____ game” you can pick someone else. If we are looking at, “why is the Bills season going this way” it is Beane. There isn’t enough talent. 1 Quote

Preds Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago (edited) McD is the root cause of all of this teams issues. Beane is a henchman to McDummy. Frankly they both need to go. Fire McD & Beane TODAY, fire Brady, demote Babich back to the secondary (or fire him outright), bring in Daboll as interim HC/OC (but do a REAL coaching search in the off-season and don't just hand the job to Daboll). Also bring in Frasier as DC and see if the shakeup can save this season. Standing pat is just going to end in the same disappointment, if not a major injury to Josh as Brady gets him killed with his brutal playcalls. Edited 23 hours ago by Preds Quote
DrBob806 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Well given the state of our nation, it's either Obama, Hillary, or Trump😆 Quote
MPL Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Me. It's my fault. I got a stupid accounting degree and then pivoted to a career as an ecommerce growth marketer instead of taking an unpaid internship with an NFL team, working my way up through the ranks, and finally, after sacrificing all of my personal time, social life, and developing crippling anxiety and an alcohol problem, landed a seat at the Buffalo Bills decision-makers table where I would say: "it's been over 5 years with McDermott and Allen. This isn't working. History says this isn't going to happen. We've got to make a change before it's too late." To which I would have been told: "lol. you're fired, kid." And then I would be right back here, where I am now, in my stupid tinfoil hat, with my accounting degree hanging crookedly on the wall behind me, hammering my keyboard about 5 YEARS! YOU ONLY GET 5 YEARS! Quote
hondo in seattle Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I blame them all. If I were Pegs, though, I wouldn't fire anyone. I would sit down with Beane and McD at the end of the season and ask them what they'll do to make next season better. Hoping for fewer injuries, needless to say, wouldn't be an acceptable answer. I'd need Beane to tell me - at a minimum - that he's going to plus-up the scouting department and/or modify how they evaluate players so we don't have any more Elams and Colemans. I'd need McD to tell me - at a minimum - that we're going to hire a passing game coordinator who'll help revitalize our stagnant, simplistic downfield passing game. Only if I didn't get those answers would I consider firing anyone. Quote
BillMafia716ix Posted 42 minutes ago Posted 42 minutes ago Right now it’s Beane. He has egg on his face for not addressing WR this offseason. He was expecting Keon Coleman to take a huge leap this year and he hasn’t worked out. He knows he whiffed that’s why he tried to go get Waddle. Quote
