MiltonWaddams Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago With the cost of these goddamn PSL‘s, it was just cheaper for me to fly over 2 Quote

Certain flights are allowed, like air ambulances or individually approved, which won't be for general aviation ops. Is there a standard flight route that would go over the area of the stadium? Quote

No. The winds were quite strong yesterday, so there could have been a nonstandard use of the other runway, but the approach controllers would know about the TFR and not vector anyone through that airspace. I'm guessing it was either above 3000' above the stadium, or an approved thing, but very unusual to ever use a jet to do anything game/film related, as it makes no sense. Quote
Mr. WEO Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I wasn't figuring Jets over Bills until Week 18... Quote

It didn’t appear to be directly over the stadium… and it may be a bit of an optical illusion in terms of how close it seemed. We saw the jet fly almost directly over us. They were definitely inside the 3 mile radius. We were joking that Mary Wilson wanted to see one last look at the stadium. We also saw two other commercial jets fly around the southeast corner of the stadium. Quote
