2. I voted against Trudeau every time, I donated to the opposition, I spoke to my MP numerous times (he is not liberal), but I did not storm the parliment buildings, I followed the law  I did not threaten to have a vice president killed.

This is what you do in a democracy.

The extreme left stabs real citizens in the back with excessive taxes, supporting non citizens with the tax money and using woke to try and shame decent people. They threaten democracy from below using Trojan Horse methods.

But the extreme right in some countries misuse authority, and threatens democracy By ignoring historic processes and laws the extreme right disenfranchise all citizens.

Sounds like we're on the same page. Vote. Donate to your cause.  Don't storm buildings. Follow the law. Don't threaten people.  This is what you do in a democracy.    The extreme left is dangerous.  The extreme right is dangerous.

When you voted against Trudeau, were your candidates pure as the driven snow?  Were they ever accused of  exaggeration or manipulation?  Were any controversial or misleading statements made when considered from the position of all stakeholders?  Kindly advise.

I'm an open-minded guy but, objectively, I don't.  I just don't get this one.  It looks to me like Trump is playing favorites with a friendly leader.  Their worthless pesos aren't going to help with SNAP/health care here.

Without any doubt whatsoever, it's buying the favor of Milei. A few things though, it is a currency swap, and not simply free money. The World and other international banking entities may be participating in this swap. Second, Argentina has a significant amount of critical minerals and China is on their doorstep. That, in and of itself, is significant factor. Third, the funding is contingent on Milei's conservative party winning the midterms. This is also important so that Milei stays in control before any swap happens. So, agree or disagree with this, I at least understand it.

I agree. And I understand the argument. I understand it because it is a typical arrangement the United States, the IMF, the World Bank, other countries make to help a damaged economy on the road to recovery. Very old-fashioned.

But while I can admit that, the MAGA types here have to admit that Trump doing old fashioned IMF/World Bank/Davos type things is kind of off brand, right?

You fretting over whether or not a President has the power to pardon, then doubling down with silly conspiracy theories is not a debate.

There are times I have hope that somewhere deep inside your completely oblivious self, there is a slightly less stupid person screaming to be heard.

This isn't one of those times.

Oh shut up stupid

I agree on the swap.  I just don’t want their crap currency, and the exchange accomplishes nothing for everyday Americans.

I wasn’t aware of the mineral issue.  That makes a little bit of sense if there’s value in those resources and if the swap secures those resources at fair value.

The other piece looks a lot like an effort to influence the election.  Trump is hardly alone in the annals of American history in that respect.  This is just sort of a … much more brazen way of doing it.

No candidate is pure, but they were honest as far as I know. Skeletons were few.

Conservatives in Canada were not elected due to 3 major issues.

Trump and 51 talk

Conservative leader was not trust worthy with crazed reterict to close to Trump right and US money flowing into the country through the trucker protest that he supported. Canada flipped at China influences, but maga money was determined to be worse than even China.

Carney was a non politician business guy. He may be liberal, but not many business guys are extreme liberals...which turned out to be true having just announced major employment reduction in the government bureaucracy and increase in military, something libs never do.

But your guy...omg

Your original declaration:

1. It is 100% wrong and potentially illegal to lie by any politician.

Then, when pressed, you run with  the less liarly liar argument as expected.  Then, predictably, the old  honest "as far as you know" approach, with only a few "skeletons" that you are personally comfortable overlooking.

We already did this, and your argument was as pedestrian then as it is now.

You are wrong, I i knew of no skeletons but sure they may be some.

None include Epstein, or trying to over throw elections, or assault, or financial inproprieties, of consorting with Putin, or pardoning police murders, or destroying legislature, or threatening the VP.

I assume when you first fell in love with trump you didn't know how dishonest he was.

Your arguments are so bias they are nothing more than Trump talking points. You have stopped using thought and now it has become reteric.

You no longer can even consider a position that is not extreme.

You have become no better than the woke crowd.
