Should refs be tested for steroids/PEDs?

If you take a look it's mainly their arms.  That comes from throwing way too many flags

Nothing new. @ExiledInIllinois does that every home game (in his living room).

The officiating in that game was concerning. That really felt like they were under a "Keep this one competitive" order.
