It’s probably related to your hyper-partisanship. I don’t want any employers doing anything other than what is best for their business and have not commented differently. If that means parting ways with people that have no self control in circumstances that require such, then so be it. Nice to see you off your disingenuous soapbox and behaving more like yourself.

Did he forcefully enter the Capitol or was he among the hundreds who were allowed in through the multi ton magnetic doors that can only be opened from the inside? Did he commit any crimes once inside or was he among the majority who walked around and left on their own? I feel like I'd need to know these details before drawing any equivalency between him and someone openly celebrating cold blooded murder. Surely C section is on it with these details. My comments are NOT anti Kirk, nor would I personally under estimate his life and value, my comments are that somehow, control of speech is being monitored based on the values of a few, with punishment being administered by a few, kind of like what most of us have condemned in the middle east where Sharia stones women, where showing your face to a man can cost you your life. Judgement by cleric. Kirk would never ask for anyone to be punished for comments, he would engage not threatened. Those seeking retribution are defaming his life.

I am not willing to support anyone who celebrates assassination, of anyone, but I admit I did celebrate assassination of bin Laden. There is a line for sure, but it is being based on who judges. Many people loved the Minn senator and her family. No flag in Washington was lowered, or acknowledged, or condemned the violence. If anyone relished this death, should they have been fired. I am very sad that US politics has taken the country to this place of incivility.

If anything, both parties were unified by Judeo-Christianity until the mid-2010's when the Democrats started embracing far-left ideology as their platform. The democrats left religion more than the right embraced it, Republicans have always been dominated by evangelical-types until Trump. And while Trump has more than his fair share of problems, he was the direct catalyst for exposing the Democrat's radicalization- and thus he is responsible for moving tons of moderates to vote Republican, ie "red pilling". There is now far more tolerance on the right, just by virtue of the moderates who were abandoned by the left.
