Cooper did play from the start, but he didn't get a lot of targets because he wasn't getting open. Hines was a gadget player that Dorsey didn't know what to do with. I think people just remember how excited they were to sign Playoff Lenny and then have him sit on the practice squad for a month. Quote

Hate to break it to ya... there is already a whole lot of glass on the floor... in fact, I would say that our Safeties (including Hamlin) do not start on the majority of teams in this league and there are some that may not even make the team in others... 1 Quote
ngbills Posted September 9 Posted September 9 Pointless conversation - but in the discussion of signing Peppers people brought up he doesnt play special teams. Didnt realize but the past few years and through out his career he has played a ton of special teams. Tomlin even mentioned that they signed him for his versatility on defense and ability to cover kicks on special teams. Would have made even more sense. Quote

Weird...I think I said this when we passed on DK Metcalf to pick Cody Ford in the 2nd round. Edited September 9 by dollars 2 donuts 1 1 Quote
