Or relying on some leftist clowns on the internet for your information? Did it occur to you they're deploying the NG to some areas and not others to free up DC police to concentrate on high crime areas. 1

He will cite an old paper from U of Texas. He will not acknowledge that it was written long before the Biden Border Disaster (that he believes can be solved only by new legislation - ignore what’s taken place in 2025, that’s not progress on controlling the border). Sanctuary cities are good and did not sh*t all over themselves simply to virtue signal as it relates to politics. His propaganda is weak... He, and many others, are clearly not emotionally prepared for the future... Sanctuary cities will be a thing of the past, and it will never come back... The more they cry about it, the greater my amusement... 1

Sanctuary cities invited this process... I suspect 14 to 17 US cities will be under federal control going into the 2026 election cycle... It's going to be great fun... At least you’re being honest that the project is authoritarianism. The rest are either lying or actually stupid. Edited August 20 by ChiGoose 1 1
BillsFanNC Posted August 20 Posted August 20 ⬆️ Imagine being the King and popping up here from time to time to lecture "MAGA" from his high ground Meanwhile he's the very same guy who gave us daily J6 testimony threads. Treating the entire sham proceedings as the end all truth. He's also the very same guy who assessed Biden's obvious oatmeal for brains state as Biden maybe having lost a touch off his fastball. Crossfire Hurricane and the Russia collusion hoax? Those were all just a series of 'mistakes' and the FBI committed to fixing all of them going forward. Imagine classifying altering evidence presented to a FISA court as just a simple mistake. Could happen to anyone. Yup, very same guy. Keep lecturing King. It's great stuff! 😂 1

Also, wouldn't you expect someone who lives in a high crime area to have more knowledge about crime? Why would you expect someone who lives in a low-crime area to understand crime? Do you ever think before you type? 28 minutes ago, Wolfgang said: I couldn't possibly care less what you choose to call it... This is only the beginning... See? This guy gets it. 1

Operation Warpspeed was great. He did a really good job with that. It saved a lot of lives. If the purpose of deploying troops to DC was to prevent crime, why didn't the deploy to the city with the highest crime rate? If the purpose of deploying troops to DC was to prevent crime, why didn't they focus deployment to the areas of DC with the highest crime? If the purpose of deploying troops to DC was to prevent crime, why did Jeanne Pirro, the new US Attorney for DC say it was not to prevent crime? If the purpose of deploying troops to DC was to prevent crime, what exactly are the troops supposed to do since they do not have authority to arrest people? Are they supposed to just patrol the entire city forever? I think the TDS is coming from inside the house, buddy.

The troops assist in the not so bad parts to free up the police to tackle the more crime infested areas.

"But in neighborhoods that experience some of the city’s highest rates of gun violence, residents say they haven’t seen the same presence. Monday afternoon the St. Elizabeths campus in Southeast, two shootings happened within 90 minutes — just a block apart on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Neighbors declined to speak on camera but told us they haven’t noticed any increased federal patrols or police since the President announced plans to bolster law enforcement in the District. Moving just North near 2200 Minnesota Ave., Advisory Neighborhood Tom Donahue echoed that sentiment. “There is no presence,” Donahue said. “Our murders are up in our ANC by three.” “What we are seeing them focus on are areas that don’t really have a lot of crime,” one of the Ward 8 ANCs Andrea Davis added." "“We’ve actually seen an increased MPD presence in our neighborhood over the last several weeks, before any discussion of the federal takeover,” Dorn said. " Source: Residents in DC's high-crime areas say federal police surge has left them out If the purpose of deploying the troops is to free up local police, how come the local police increased their presence in high-crime areas only before the deployment was announced and have not increased their presence since the deployment?

He has full authority to deploy the national guard. Cry harder.

ChiGoose Posted August 20 Posted August 20 Louisiana is deploying their national guard to DC even though many cities in Louisiana have higher crime rates than DC. If the troop deployment is about crime, why is Louisiana sending its troops to DC instead of New Orleans, Baton Rouge, or Shreveport? If the troop deployment is about crime, why aren't residents of Louisiana rising up and demanding the troops be deployed in their state instead of being sent halfway across the country? 1

Get a clue. 1
LeviF Posted August 20 Posted August 20 lol why do you people fall for this? Let’s say it’s true. The NG isn’t in the highest crime areas, for the sake of argument. You know why the NG gets deployed to the best parts of the city? Because Americans go there. You shove the undesirables back where they belong - out of sight. Run them out of the areas where they can affect people who actually matter. Keep them away from nice cars, nice places, nice people. Contain, control, neutralize. 1
