For sure, and Trump deserves credit for that. But it's kind of like settling an old matrimonial case as a lawyer. You don't get too much credit for it, because that type of settlement comes when the parties have run out of money and can't fight anymore. That's sort of where we're at here. There's not much left to destroy. The real accomplishment would have been solving the problem sooner. 1
