This is definitely not the line of attack to use.

Both sides try it when out of power and both sides soon realize nobody cares.

Americans either are incapable and/or don’t want to understand the ramifications of a growing national debt and anytime someone tries to do something about it, we hear sob stories about entitlements being taken away and it becomes short term political suicide.

Trump has 100% lowered my costs.  I own a business and this bill is huge for business-owners, specifically in terms of tax cuts and deductions.

Also, I drive a lot and gas prices are down.  His hand in that, not entirely sure, but gas prices are - in fact - down.

Nope, he’s not lowering the deficit.  Never thought he would.  No President, aside from a Thomas Massie or Rand Paul would do that.

We know nothing about how this cuts healthcare beyond those who are able-bodied yet refused to work, go to school or volunteer .. all options, at low requirements, to keep your benefits.

Mass Deportations are necessary, but nothing id celebrate.

Alligator Alcatraz cheer meme’ing is gross.

This still needs to happen.

You speak about job site raids.. interesting.. do you support remittance taxing?  Because yea, they work hard.. they also send most of their money back home while using our services.

They are absolutely not necessary. You are telling me it’s necessary to deport a woman who’s lived in the U.S. for 40 years?

Are we using the money for our education or sciences? Nope! Just to terrorize brown people.

The CBO used 1.8 percent growth for the next decade as its forecast.

Mmmmmmm k.

So we’re never going to approach 3 or 4 percent again?

The 2000 teens averaged 2.3 that included the tail end of the recession AND COVID.

Lol.  Go look up the numbers from 2000 to 2020.

Then explain how “globalism” got our GDP to average over 3 and 4 percent in the 70s and 80s.

Re: ICE, and why is it a good thing.

What don’t you understand about the majority of us who voted for Trump, doing so, with the explicit hope that he would pendulum swing on illegal immigration from the last 4 years.

Do you have any idea how important of an issue the Biden Administration has made this for so many of us who previously, never really focused much on this topic?

It was so over the top, so brazen, such a betrayal to American citizens that we celebrate efforts to take this country back from those who come here to commit crimes and leech off a system we pay into with every paycheck.

From politicians who welcome them to cook census numbers to protect themselves against their own political failures.

Its not perfect, we already discussed this, but no large scale effort is.. and this one, for the future of America, and American ideals, is one that’s worth it.

Come here to committ crimes and leech ?

wtf are you even talking about ?

your brainwash is showing

Hey Muppahlup-

These are some math problems that DJT proved quite efficient at:

  • Donald received 49.8% of the popular vote for President, his friend Kamala received 48.33%.  Who received the higher percentage of the popular vote?
  • To become President of the United States, a candidate must receive at least 270 votes in the electoral college.  Donald received 312 votes to Kamala's 226.  Who lost?
  • Donald and JD invested 6 hours on the Joe Rogan podcast telling their story to voters who felt disenfranchised by the system, multiple hours and significant money in social media outreach to key voting blocs.  Kamala and Tim invested  their time in celebrity dance offs,  private jet flights with Oprah and Beyonce, and flannel shirts shooting at pretend ducks.   What was the net rate of return on investment for each party?
  • Donald decided he wanted to be president. Barrack laughed and said Donald would never be president, but Donald became president in 2016 and again in 2024.  How many times was Barrack wrong on Donald becoming president?

Beyond that, DJT has successfully navigated the complicated NYC/beyond real estate market, the über complicated IRS/NYS tax code, bought and sold properties, defeated the collective power of the US government, NYS government, Georgia government and two hostile special counsel investigations.  That's 5 and I'm just getting started.

Oh, and he's a billionaire.  Hate him, despise him, whatever....he's pretty good at math.

Happy 4th!

Best case: good, hard working illegal immigrants who want to better their lives find employment in agriculture, construction and hospitality where they are exploited by greedy corporations paying them well below minimum wage, taking jobs away from good, hard working Americans.

And then send the bulk of their expendable income back to their families in a different country.

So we don’t even get much of an economic benefit, aside from cheap labor which is a double-edged sword.
