I'm not sure how you can legally import people from other countries. If anyone else did that it would be trafficking and "coyotes" at the Mexican border get arrested for that all the time 1

We have a constitution that requires some form of due process. We have laws that we must follow. Do we allow lynchings again because, after all, that man is bad so who needs a trial? 2

The federal government did not help Arizona. Texas. When it came to enforcing those laws. Selective Constitution-ing. This triggers libs because it’s essentially a Trump campaign promise fulfilled and thus political victory. It’s a victory for Americans but libs don’t care. Trump can’t have political victories. Homelander Posted April 19 Posted April 19 Due process has been chilling in the Constitution since the Bill of Rights, but it took the 5th and 14th Amendment to remind states that they actually have to play by the rules. Funny how conservatives didn’t bat an eye when the Supreme Court wiped out Roe after 50+ years of precedent but now, suddenly, due process that’s been there since forever is a bridge too far. The law is the law, folks. When they start cherry-picking the Constitution like a bible and ignoring what doesn’t fit their agenda, get ready - your rights are next. I'm trying to understand the logic here how anyone can defend someone who is not allowed to be here let alone one with a history of gangs and violence.

Disneyland is a private business that can kick you out for any reason it’s not the constitution at play here. No one wants people here illegally, but good luck stopping it. At the end of the day, the laws exist to protect you. If you were yanked off the street, shoved on a plane, and thrown in some third-world jail, how would we know you're not a citizen? Or do you think you're safe just because of the color of your skin? Newsflash: white citizens have already received emails from the government telling them to leave.
