T master Posted May 25 Posted May 25 Auto pen should be banned if the POTUS himself in person cannot sign it and know exactly what he is signing then it shouldn't be allowed !! Plus there is the chance that someone other than the POTUS could get ahold of it like in this case and sign things without the true consent of the president and that should be a jailable offense !! This is the POTUS not some corner store accepting a delivery !! 2

Before it was assumed that Biden didn't remember pausing LNG exports via EO because of his dementia, that still may be true. But it's also just as likely that he didn't remember because he literally did not sign it, the autopen did.
