The box score has nothing on him, it doesn't even list him. I thought he played but I can't remember him doing anything.

 

FWIW.. he got 3 tackles the prior week against Detroit.

He played his best game of the year against Detroit. Then disappeared again...  I sure hope he figures it out for the playoffs... but I am not holding my breath...

So what do the Bills do about it?  They trade up and draft another 3-tech DT that won't be good either.  Where was the 1-tech draft in the  first 2 rounds?  Huh?  Beane is stupid.

Yup sometimes a squirrel finds a nut lol. It was the right year to do it. I thought they were going to use 5 of their picks on DL/ Secondary . Turned out they used 6. I think if they had taken a mid round WR no one would have graded this draft less than an A- but people will knock the Bills for that

Hopefully the drafting of TJ Sanders will light a fire under him.  There is a theory out there that ineffectiveness of aging Daquan Jones might have made Oliver less effective.  If Deone Walker picks up the Bills' defense quickly, hopefully he can contribute beneficial reps at 1 tech.

In 2022 and 2023 when D.Jones was out there and healthy as a dominant run stuffing pocket collapsing DT the defense was completely different and much more dominant.

 

I doubt Walker is gonna come in his rookie year and be that. But if they can patchwork something with an older an older Jones and Walker rotating in maybe that’s the difference they need?
