That is about as ignorant a question as you are . I'm sorry i should rephrase that to be politically correct as to not hurt your feelings to as you seem to portray your self to be .

You as usual have no comprehension when it comes to reading and less understanding or common sense to decipher a statement for what it is !

My grand dad as well as others i know fought in that war too so you could make ignorant statements such as those that you make and try to twist certain statements to fit your biased agenda .

But i bet when your father took on a loan such as a car loan, home loan, or schooling he didn't expect or advocate for the gov't to pay for it like you do for those poor unfortunate college students today now did he ?

And i'll bet he wasn't for open boarders either like you . I would love to have a talk with him and many others from that era because some where along the way i'll bet something has gotten screwed up between yours and your dad's translation of the way things should be .

His wife must be to blame again, right?

Indeed, that's what unapologetically masculine individuals do when they resist cultural emasculation and lack the courage to embrace their identity.

Alito's wife is a bit of a flagpole maniac, isn't she. I think the Philly thing explains it.

She can have all the fun she wants with her Phillies flags, but the day she puts up a Flyers 1975 Stanley Cup flag is the day I start my own personal encampment outside her home.

Has this been the hot topic amongst every person alive who’s not MAGA, this upside down flag issue?    It’s May, 2024–when were you first made aware of this event at the Alito home?

Justice Alito has exercised his right to free speech, that you don’t like the answer isn’t his problem.

Oh, and your thoughts on certain lawmakers using  their rights to free speech to declare the election of 2016 illegitimate, thereby spreading misinformation about the security of our election?   Are politicians supposed to “use their free speech be honest”, too?

You don't believe that the core responsibility of a judge is honesty?  While he surely has a right to lie, it destroys his integrity.  Have you ever heard of cannons, which are a part of a code of ethics for judges?  You're usually reasonable, so this surprises me.

Completely not related, but I'll bite.  Was there more misinformation about 2020 being illegitimate than 2016?  Who spread that misinformation leading to a fake electors plot and an insurrection. despite losing every legal challenge?  Politicians being honest?  LOLOL

Let me guess, the pine tree flag reminded Mrs. Alito of the nostalgic air freshener that hung in her daddy's 1963 AMC Rambler.  Purely a coincidence that it appeared on Jan. 6th.  The SCOTUS is part of the slow-moving coup.  It's clear as day to anyone who isn't blind or dumb.  I wonder if Lenny will think this was ok, too?

This is spectacular. Kudos to you!

What is spectacular is that they are hearing a case of whether the fake electors plot was a duty of the president, or if he's immune from attempting to steal the election.  Spectacularly stupid, and also spectacularly bold.

I try to be reasonable, but not at the expense of applying reason.  With respect to honesty, ah, I think the most important aspect is ethical and proper administration of the law.   I am not intimately familiar with the cannons, though my muscle shirts are out just in time for the gun show this weekend!

As for lying, I should point out here that you’ve unilaterally decided he has lied, where I have not.  I spend a fair amount of time on these issues, and until a couple days ago had no idea that hanging a flag upside down was a secret MAGA thing.  What I know about it goes back to a Robert Redford movie 20 years ago.

Of course it’s related.  It’s so related, in fact, that you wound your way back around to the point.   In 2016, there was only information about illegitimate, stolen elections.  Those that made those statements were lying, but you don’t want to touch that because you feel you surrender some internet moral high ground—you don’t.  Then, you offer a feeble “LOLOL” to somewhat acknowledge the truth in what I’m saying.   If you think the Dems were above board, honest and  faithful to the core in 2016, just say so.  You didn’t, because they weren’t.

Politicians have tremendous power and influence on our everyday lives.  They make laws, policy, and the direction of the country.  I won’t ask if you think they should be truthful and act with integrity—-of course you do, but like most, you’re a little less stressed about it when they are not truthful and act unethically when they’re acting in a way consistent with your beliefs.

I have not seen compelling evidence that the 2020 election was stolen.  I would not be surprised in the least if it was, or if in elections past, the R party did their part to steal.  I base this on the history of people and all that has gone before now.  I predict if Trump wins, the D party will allege stolen/illegitimate whatever, and they will contest as they have in years past, most recently in 2016.

There's a large difference between calling it illegitimate, because of the Russian interference, which WAS happening, and setting up a plot between states and with congressmen to change the outcome.  I got no love for the democrats in 2016 or Hillary, so that's moot.  I would have rather had anyone than trump, but I'm just glad the legit winner took office.

Your point was about lying and judges, Daz, and the outcome was a major impact on the administration of the legitimate President of the country. That it didn’t bother you changed nothing.

What major impact?  If you mean Hillary correctly claiming there was Russian interference, then the impact of that would have been to STREGTHEN AGAINST it happening again.  Was she a sore loser?  yup, but you're comparing a mountain in 2020 to a mole hill in 2016.  It's actually quite laughable.  Making objections is nowhere close to a plot to reinstate fake electors to CHANGE the LEGITIMATE outcome.

Did you see how the possibly not lying judge was flying YET ANOTHER flag at his beach house, which was also flown on Jan 6th?  Maybe her bad neighbor ALSO had a beach house next to theirs, or an eerily similar bad neighbor like that one???  He's LYING.
