richNjoisy Posted June 8, 2005 Share Posted June 8, 2005 This is a bit deceptive for the Bills, Fish and Jets since these teams are the only teams to have to play the Patriots twice. In my opinion, our schedule is fantastic for a newbie QB - lots of winnable games AT HOME to start with the tougher games coming after JP has gotten his feet wet. Bring It On!! Also, the top 15 teams are in the AFC and only the Titans play a below .500 (.492) schedule. It kind of shows who is the dominant conference. Even back in the late 80's and early 90's, the NFC wasn't nearly as dominant as the AFC is today. Funny too that the Super Bowl runner-up plays a .453 schedule. Goes to show that when the Bills play the NFC south (probably the best NFC conference) this year, no one is going to terribly worried. I put together a chart and wondered why other than not wanting to make NFC look like a sick dog that a sports media site hasn't done more with this. Bring It On!! 353840[/snapback] Cinci, Balt, and Cleveland all have to play Pittsburgh twice -- a team that had a better record than the Patsies. Only Baltimore is in the top 7 -- at #6.
