I wish.  I think Neal stays.  I’m not happy about it, but it’s w/e.  This team will likely always put a lot of value on ST.  But this is bass‘s last year before he gets paid.  Maybe they’ll invest less in ST coverage when they have to pay the kicker 5M+ per year.

There is. I believe Sal C addressed this in another Sunday transaction earlier. Can’t remember what it was though.

There's a weekend lag in the Bills announcements and in the NFL office announcements, absolutely

 

But most of these rapid announcements come from the players' agents to the "NFL insiders".  Agents, Rapoport, and Schefter work Sundays.
