The Frankish Reich Posted Monday at 05:52 PM Posted Monday at 05:52 PM I'm a little worried. I've got like 12-15 people for Thanksgiving this year. The Kroger Butterball for .99/lb deal only applied to 10-20 lb turkeys. Clearly I need at least 23. Two smaller turkeys? Lame. But get the bigger one and I'm at $1.99/lb. What to do? Should I blame Biden? Trump? Please inform.

Wacka Posted Monday at 07:06 PM Posted Monday at 07:06 PM My sister and her husband are having me, my nephew and his daughter over. Her daughter is living in Germany and her other son has passed. We used to have about double, but with some passing and my brother going to his wife's kid's house that is what we have. We have a turkey roll for the white meat and deep fried turkey fried in the driveway far away from the house. 2 1

Smoked even better, but I don’t have the equipment for that big of a turkey. Enjoy it!

Tell them fatties at the table there’s a new sheriff in town, and he’s all about discipline and self-moderation. Supplement the turkey and trimmins with scrambled eggs for those who feel the need to engorge themselves on your dime. Tell em eggs are cheap, like $&@$ing Planet $&#*ing Fitness. I’m just spitballing here for now, let me work through it a bit. My gift to you. 1 1
SectionC3 Posted Monday at 09:07 PM Posted Monday at 09:07 PM Keeping the fatties in line is a tall order at Thanksgiving. Be on the lookout for stretch pants or jogging pants. You see those — the Thanksgiving pants — and you know they’re there to load up on the stuff that isn’t green. The only thing that’s worse than a glutton is a glutton you have to pay for, especially in this economy. 1

But the nice wine and spirits are strictly rationed in my house.

But with this absolutely insane shift from "We really f...ed up covid and oh sorry the economy may really be fast tracked to disaster now" to "Russia Russia Russia cancel anyone that even watches Anastasia," something ain't right so I'm skeptical and concerned. Beyond concerned. They create crisis when they need you distracted. I hope we avoid all of it but we are either led by very stupid evil people or we're compromised by the only country on earth safe and protected from any criticism. And no one literally no one in your government is talking about it and how to fix it. Just go buy an EV. That's not concerning? That doesn't tell you anything? In fact the buck stops with Brandon is now lashing out at you for even to dare blame him. This is insane. Gas: $48 on a car that had a 1/4 tank left Target: Literally 9 items - soap, a few things for dinner (sausage peppers potatoes), a bag of M&Ms, Lemon juice, and almost milk. $50 Not sustainable. And nothing more eye opening for people then to hear directly what everything is starting to cost. This is exactly what you voted for - lmao - this is all you.
