Use COVID to set up incredibly loose voting rules--rules so loose that massive voter fraud was clearly achievable, but also so loose that it would be impossible to prove such fraud before all court cases were moot on January 6. 2. When the easily-predictable and resulting Patriot demonstration occurred to protest an obviously questionable election, ensure that the police fire into the crowd to incite violence, and then leave the Capitol loosely guarded to invite incursions. 3. Immediately declare the police-incited violence an "insurrection" (very specific word choice due to the 14th Amendment), and rely on the Democrat Party's media lackeys to propagate the idea (see below--these articles were pre-planned, written and in place long before a single pepper ball was ever fired by the Capitol Police). 4. Use these events as a three-pronged attack on Trump: (i) impeach him, (ii) charge him criminally, and (iii) rely on the "insurrection" label to garner popular support to remove Trump from the ballot via the 14th Amendment. This is what I got from Wiki: Quote The Insurrection Act of 1807 is a United States federal law that empowers the president of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops within the United States in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder. The basic gist is that it's there to help uphold/protect the Constitution. The power and discretion belongs completely to the president, but it's there to assist the authorities already in place. Supposedly, if the president goes rogue with it, then the courts can intervene(after the fact and ineffective like everything).
